ADAM MILLER, of Whiteley Street, Chadderton, was jailed for 13 weeks for breaching a restraining order. He must also pay a £115 surcharge to fund victim services. A suspended prison sentence of eight weeks for harassment was also imposed.

JEANETTE SARAH FIDLER, aged 45, of Cherry Avenue, Oldham, was given a community order, including a curfew, for using a fraudulent store card and attempting to exchange a bottle of aftershave by falsely representing that she owned it. She must also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £50 costs.

CANDICE GBADAMOSI, aged 32, of Huxley Street, Clarksfield, was fined £65 for using a TV receiver without a licence. She must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and £50 costs.

DAVID LEONARD BARNES, aged 50, of Coalshaw Green Road, Chadderton, was jailed for two months for driving under the influence of drugs and driving while disqualified. He was also jailed for six months concurrent for driving dangerously, including a short police pursuit where he drove through a red light. He was also ordered to pay a £115 surcharge to fund victim services and was disqualified from driving for three years.

JADE MARIE CUNLIFFE, aged 31, of Flora Street, Oldham,was given a community order, including 40 hours of unpaid work and a restraining order for breaching a non-molestation order. She must also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

JONATHAN ROY MERRITT, aged 32, of Coalshaw Green Road, Chadderton, got an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months for driving while disqualified. He must also pay a £115 surcharge to fund victim services and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for two years.

TAHIR MAHMOOD, aged 43, of Bolton Street, Oldham, was fined £175 for dropping an apple core in Cheapside taxi rank and for failing to provide a name and address to an authorised officer of Oldham Council who was proposing to give him a notice under section 88 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

MARTIN MCDONAGH, aged 25, of Alt Lane, Oldham, was given a community order including 100 hours of unpaid work for damaging a door to the value of £100. He must also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

PAUL RICHARD GANNON, aged 39, of Chadderton Fold, Chadderton, was given a community order including 50 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 18 months, for failing to provide a specimen when required in the course of an investigation. He must also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £650 costs.

NIGEL KIDD, aged 52, of Shield Close, was given a community order and fined £20 for stealing perfume worth £634 from Debenhams. He must also pay compensation of £632. He was also given a community order for stealing £50 of food from Home Bargains.

ASIM AHMED, aged 25, of Roundthorn Road, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months for dangerous driving, failing to stop when required to do so by police and driving without insurance. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay a £115 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

GREGORY KELLY, aged 21, of Napier Street, Shaw, was discharged conditionally for two years for harassment. He was also ordered to pay a £20 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

MATTHEW GEORGE WILSON, aged 25, of Bleasdale Street, Royton, was given a six-week prison sentence for having a metal bar in a public place without lawful authority or reasonable excuse. A suspended prison sentence of 12 weeks for making threats to kill was also imposed consecutively. A six week suspended sentence for harassment was also imposed concurrently.

ATIEQ AHMED KHAN, aged 44, of Clarksfield Street, Oldham, was fined £120 and given three points on his licence for driving without reasonable consideration for others. He was also ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JACK STEVEN MEADOWS, aged 21, of Rakewood Drive, Moorside, was fined £90 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for driving while under the influence of drugs. He must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

DANIEL ALAN BARNETT, aged 40, of Whitsable Close, Chadderton, was jailed for a total of 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months for stealing turkeys from Iceland, toys worth £400, and other items from members of the public. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £168.

DENNIS BERRY, aged 63, of Alder Lane, Limeside, was discharged conditionally for three offences of assault by beating. He must also pay a £20 surcharge to fund victim services and £250 costs.
