SHOFIUL HOQUE, aged 19, of Garforth Street, Oldham, was fined £108 and disqualified from driving for six months for driving without due care and attention. He must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and £62 costs.

MARTIN RANSTED, aged 33, of Constable Walk, Sholver, was fined £100 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for driving while over the legal alcohol limit. He must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs. He was also fined £50 for failing to surrender at Tameside Magistrate’s court after being released on bail.

FAITH RISBY, aged 25, of Brierly Avenue, Failsworth, was fined £60 and given three points for speeding. She was also ordered to pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services.

GARY BOYD DOUGLAS, aged 45, of Mayall Street East, Oldham, was got a one month jail sentence concurrent, suspended for 12 months for damaging a stereo to the value of £25. He must also pay compensation of £25. He was also sentenced to two months concurrent, suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £150 compensation, a £115 surcharge to fund victim services and £75 costs for assault by beating. He was also sentenced for three months concurrent, suspended for 12 months, for having a metal bar in a public place without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.

SAMUEL WILSON, aged 26, of Prince George Street, Oldham, was given a community order including 100 hours of unpaid work and a restraining order for assault. He must also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

KEVIN JAMES DYMOND, aged 31, of Knott Lanes, Bardsley, was sentenced to six weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty. He was also sentenced to six weeks in jail, concurrent, suspended for 12 months, and given 10 points for being in charge of a car while over the legal alcohol limit, and driving while disqualified. He must also pay a £115 surcharge to fund victim services.

AFSHAN ABUBAKAR, aged 36, of Worsley Street, Oldham, was fined a total of£500 for leaving bin bags or waste in the rear alley of Worsely Street, Oldham. He must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and costs of £90.

ASHLEY COLLINS, aged 33, of The Fallows,Chadderton, was fined £220 for dropping a cigarette end on the ground in Albion Street and leaving it there. He must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and £250 costs.

DEBBIE HARROP, aged 46, of Wesley Street, Failsworth, was fined £220 for leaving two bin bags of waste in the rear alley of Wesley Street. She must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and £406 costs.

MARLANA-SARA OPREA, aged 25, of Belgrave Road, Oldham, was fined £145 for leaving a carrier bag of waste in the rear alley of Belgrave Road. She must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and £356 costs.

LISA DUFFY, aged 45, of Randolph Street, Oldham, was jailed for 14 days for failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. She was also jailed for seven days concurrent for theft of £92 worth of goods from Ikea. She must also pay a £115 surcharge to fund victim services.

CHLOE LOUISE DELANEY, aged 30, of Valentine Street, Failsworth, was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assault by beating. She must also carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £200.

MARCO ROSSI, aged 44, of Cairnwell Road, Chadderton, was given a community order including 100 hours of unpaid work for causing harassment, alarm or distress. He must also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

WESLEY JOHN SPENCER, aged 37, of Chadderton Heights, Chadderton, was given a community order including 100 hours unpaid work for producing a quantity of cannabis. He must also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.
