A MAN charged with murdering Oldham mum Danielle Richardson is due to appear before Manchester Crown Crown tomorrow.

Michael Marler, aged 37, of Brideoak Street, was remanded in custody by Manchester magistrates on Saturday.

He also faces charges of attempted robbery, section 39 assault and three counts of causing damage to motor vehicles.

A post mortem revealed the 24-year-old mum - described as "a loving and caring mother, sister, daughter and auntie" by her family - died from multiple stab wounds.

Police were called shortly after 7.40am on February13 to reports that a man had jumped from a second storey flat window onto the roof of a stationary black Hyundai on Swan Street.

Police later discovered the body of Ms Richardson in a nearby flat.
