DENNIS PAULEY, aged 49, of Stockfield Mount, Chadderton, was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement for being in possession of items for use in the course of or in connection with burglary, namely five screwdrivers, a Stanley knife, gloves, torch and a balaclava. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £85 costs.

AMY BUTTLE, aged 22, of Rushton Grove, Oldham, was disqualified from driving for 20 months, had her licence endorsed and fined £120 for driving while over prescribed alcohol limit. She was ordered pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

EARL MATTHEWS, aged 35, of Grove Terrace, Oldham, was discharged conditionally for six months for drunk and disorderly behaviour in Durban Street, on February 15. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20.

SAHIKA BEGUM, aged 40, of Urmston Street, Oldham, was fined £120 for depositing black bin bags containing general household waste in the alleyway off Honeywell Lane. She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £300 costs.

ROSE CAWLEY, aged 42, Raper Street, Oldham, was fined £100 leaving bags containing household waste in the alleyway at the rear of Raper Street. She was ordered to pay £512 costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £30.

JOE HARDMAN, of Church Walk, Royton, was fined a total of £1,000 for four charges burning waste materials within the yard of a premises which contravened an abatement notice served by Oldham Council. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £550 costs.

JAROSLAW PSUIK, aged 31, of Kent Street, Oldham, was fined £100 for leaving bin bags containing waste in Kent Street. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £356 costs.

STEFAN LUIS , aged 20, of Trojan House, St Mary Street, Oldham, was given a community order with an unpaid work requirement for being in possession of a kitchen knife at HSBC Bank , in Union Street, and for failing to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates Court. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £85 costs.
