AN EXHIBITION was held to give school pupils the best chance at a bright future.
Pupils at The Blue Coat School had the opportunity to meet prospective employers, apprenticeship providers and universities at an organised 'Futures Exhibition'.
Representatives from Siemens, the BBC, the NHS, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service,
Price Waterhouse Cooper, Oldham Council, Hill Dickenson Solicitors, among other companies, and universities were on hand to speak with young people in Years 10 to 13.
Several former Blue Coat students also returned as exhibitors for the annual event.
Justine Tipler, deputy head teacher and director of sixth form, said: "This is a wonderful opportunity which allows our students to start thinking about their progression pathway once they leave Blue Coat and move on into higher education, training or employment.
"It was also lovely to see some of our ex-students returning as exhibitors."
