SONIA DAVENPORT, aged 47, of Collier Hill, Oldham, was fined £120, disqualified from driving for three years and had her licence endorsed for driving while over the prescribed alcohol limit. She was order to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

AARON PETER WRIGLEY, aged 31, of Deanshut Road, Fitton Hill, was fined £100 for resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Oldham on March 30 and failing to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

WASIM MOHAMMED ASHRAF, aged 37, of Waltham Street, Oldham, was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement for three charges of stealing a total of £1,562 worth of Nicorette from Boots while on conditional discharge for previous theft offences. He was ordered to pay two amounts of compensation totalling £700.

GRAHAM Frederic, aged 42, of Turf Lane, Chadderton, was committed to prison for six months for being in possession of a four-inch lock knife in Bromley Street, Oldham, on April 22. The sentence was given due to his previous record of offending. In a separate case he was committed to prison for two months to run concurrently for stealing goods worth £72. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

LEE LAWTON, aged 45, of Stevenson Drive, Oldham, was given a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement after he exposed himself to cause alarm or distress. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £85 costs.

GARY HELMS, aged 33, of Shield Close, Oldham, was committed to prison for 14 days for failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from imprisonment.

LEON SCOTT SETTERFIELD, aged 20, of no fixed address, was committed to detention in a young offenders’ institution for 10 weeks for assaulting a police officer in Oldham on April 23 and for being at an Oldham address while being prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

SHAKEEL AHMED, aged 35, of Deva Square, Oldham, was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for six months for driving without due care and attention and without insurance or a licence. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

SHUEB SHEIKH AHMED, aged 20, of Burlington Avenue, Oldham, was fined £80 for driving without insurance. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

QAISER KHAN, aged 22, of Orme Street, Oldham, was given a community order with a programme requirement for driving without due care and attention, failing to stop following an accident, failing to report an accident and give personal details, no driving licence and obstructing a police officer. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £85 costs.

BRADLEY JOHN PORTER, aged 35, of Reins Lee Avenue, Oldham, was ordered to pay £300 compensation for causing £1,000 worth of damage to The Pharmacy.
