A WARRANT for the arrest of Ashad G Miah, aged 39, of Anchor Street Oldham has been issued after he failed to answer bail on charges of assault and theft. It is alleged he assaulted Adam Myrescough on December 2, 2017, and he stole goods to the value of £95 from Sainsbury’s and B&M Bargains. He is also accused of entering Oldham town centre when was banned from doing so by a criminal behaviour order.

DYLAN Heselwood, aged 26, of Galswick Close, Shaw, was ordered to pay £60 costs and given a curfew requirement for failing to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on April 9 by withdrawing consent to be monitored without the permission of the court. He must now comply with curfew and drug rehabilitation requirements until the new end date of the order on April 9, 2019.

EMMA Smith, aged 34, of Sunfield Lane, Diggle must pay a total of £67,699 in fines and compensation for various offences relating to VAT and PAYE income tax at Oldham Precision (NW) Ltd with the case proved against her in her absence. She was a former director of the company.

HONNAIN Sohaib, aged 26, of Coppice Street, Oldham, has been given a 23-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months for two offences of possessing a kitchen knife and spring loaded knife with twin blades in public. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115 and costs of £150.

A WARRANT for the arrest of Ryan Curtis Mason, aged 21, of Oldham Road, Shaw, has been issued on charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

ALEXANDRA Olabarrai, aged 26, of Broadway, Oldham, was fined £120 with £85 costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 for drink driving. He was banned from driving for 18 months.

GEORGIA McBride, aged 24, of Lower Lime Road, Limeside, was banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85 for drink-driving in John Street.

ALLAN Grosvenor, aged 45, of Thackeray Road, Oldham, was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim fund surcharge of £30, and costs of £85 for drink-driving in Shaw Road. He was banned from driving for 18 months.

JAYMIE Leanne Dawson, aged 23, of Great Gable Close, Oldham, was fined £275, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85 for drink-driving in Longfield Crescent. She was banned from driving for 17 months.

GERHERD Langner, 32, of Stratford Avenue, Oldham, was fined £825 for wasting police time by making a false report that an offence had been committed, and failing to stop after an accident and driving without due care and attention. He also had to pay a victim services surcharge of £40 and costs of £85.
