BLAINE Briggs, aged 21, of Malvern Close, Oldham, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Manchester City Magistrates' by failing to attend appointments. He was fined £65 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

JAMIE Lowther, aged 31, of Clevedon Road, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates' Court by failing to attend two appointments. His suspended sentence imposed by Greater Manchester Magistrates' Court for possession of a controlled cannabis and assault by beating was varied. His suspended sentence is now for 20 weeks, suspended for 24 months and comply with rehabilitation requirements.

MATTHEW James Richardson, aged 31, of Pine Tree Road, Failsworth, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates' Court by failing to attend two appointments. His original offence was for driving while disqualified. He must now comply with rehabilitation requirements. Richardson was also fined £20

GRAHAM Stephen Sith, aged 44, of Malpas Street, Oldham, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates' Court by failing to attend unpaid work. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LEE Manuel Ullah, aged 43, of Berkshire Place, Werneth, failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from jail by failing to attend as instructed appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

REECE Ward, aged 20, of Hollins Road, Oldham. failed without to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court by failing to attend appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ISRAK ALI, aged 48, of Bronville Close, Chadderton, was fined £250 for not having a licence for the control or management a house in Tilbury Street. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £225 costs.
