LEE Horrocks, aged 37, of Wellbank Close, Oldham, must comply with a restraining order after assaulting a woman. Horrocks has been ordered not to make any contact with his victim other than through social services or Lorraine Horrocks for child contact. He must not go to an address in Merlin Close. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay £30 to victim services and costs of £85.

JAMES Francis Shaw, aged 29, of Prince George Street, Watersheddings, committed a racially aggravated assault by beating. He was sentenced to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months. He must also carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and pay compensation of £520.

DOUGLAS Bourne, aged 28, of Edgemoor Close, Watersheddings, assaulted a woman by beating. He was ordered to participate in a Building Better Relationships programme for one day and carry out 100 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was also prohibited from making any contact with his victim and must not enter an address in Ashton Road, Failsworth. Bourne must pay compensation of £200 and £85.00 to victim services.

ALI Amin, aged 18, of Lee Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community service order by failing to attend two appointments. He must nowcarry out 14 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months and pay costs of £60.

SHAUN Joseph Higgins, aged 41, of Burnaby Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community service order by failing to attend two appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

NATHAN Kenworthy, aged 29, of Kenny Close, Lees, has had the requirements of an order imposed for stealing casino chips worth £700 from Palm Beach Casino in London varied. He is now a curfew for 13 weeks with electronic monitoring. He is to remain at his home address or 8 The Waves, Sunnyvale Valley Road, Kimnel Bay, North between 7pm and 7am daily.

REECE Ashley WARD, aged 21, of Hollins Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court by not turning up for two appointments.

He must now comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement up to a maximum of two days and to continue his unpaid work requirement.

JENNIFER Stott, aged 40, of Burder Street, Oldham, has been ordered to forfeit £11,550 and any interest secured on that money under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

DECLAN O’NeilL, aged 20, of Pevrill Road, Oldham, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order imposed by Tameside Magistrates Court by failing to attending two appointments. He must pay costs of £60 and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

DAVID Anthony Usher, aged 33,of Littlemoor Lane, Oldham, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Manchester City Magistrates Court failing to two appointments. Usher was dealt with for the original offence of theft of food and alcohol worth £51.69 from Tesco. He was given a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months. He must also carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and pay costs of £60.

KRZYSTOF Jaswain, aged 30, of Cherry Avenue, Oldham, has admitted assaulting a woman causing her actual bodily harm. He has been committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence. Jaswain must not approach his victim either directly or indirectly other than through a solicitor or third party to arrange contact with children.

ANDREW Leyden, aged 52, of Falkirk Street, Oldham, has been committed to Manchester Crown Court for sentence after admitting having a machete in Bury New Road.

DEBBIE Dennison, aged 39, of Vincent Avenue, Oldham, failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by not turning up for three planned office appointments. She was jailed for 14 days.
