THE following cases have been dealt with at Tameside Magistrates’ Court.

ROSS David Lloyd, aged 44, of Honeywell Lane, Hathershaw, has pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening behaviour. He must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £85 costs and a further £85 to victim services.

DOMINIC Terry, aged 19, of Napier Street East, Oldham, damaged a TV and mobile phone together worth £1,000 belonging to a woman and harassed and assaulted her. He was ordered to pay £500 compensation and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

RIASAT Hussain, aged 50, of Bainburgh Clough, Oldham, admitted driving after taking the controlled drug Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. He was fined £120, ordered to pay victim services £30 and costs of £85. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

BRADLEY Jackson, aged 30, whose last known address was Manchester Street, Oldham, Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend as instructed on the 27/7/18 and failed to make contact with responsible officer. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

GRACE Coombs COOMBS, aged 38, of Kingston Drive, Royton, has been fined £346 and ordered to pay £34 into victim services for drink driving. She must also pay £85 costs. She was banned from driving for 12 months.

JAKE Ross Cooper, aged 19, of Wildbrook Crescent, Fitton Hill, has been committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence for dangerous driving.

BIPLOB Dey, aged 20, of Cottam Street, Oldham, drove with excess alcohol in his bloodstream, with no insurance, with no licence and wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

PHILIP Ivan Drayton, aged 57, of Buckfast Avenue, Oldham, was found in possession of class A controlled drugs diamorphine and cocaine. He was given a conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay £85 and £20 into victim services. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

JASON Matthew Ogden, aged 45, of Ethel Steet, Oldham, caused £500 of damage to the side windows and trim on a Nissan Quashqai and caused damage to Citroen Berlingo van belonging to First Choice Homes. He was given a conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay £800 compensation.
