A FAILSWORTH woman has been fined £320 and ordered to pay £400 costs after failing to prevent her dog from barking and causing a disturbance.
Appearing at Tameside Magistrates' Court, Tracey Joy Knott, of Evening Street, admitted seven counts of failing to comply with noise abatement notices under the Environmental Protection Act from Oldham Council.
She pleaded guilty to the offences which occurred on days between January 14 and January 22.
As well as the fine and costs she was also ordered to pay £32 into victim services.
