According to Rightmove, the three businesses in the borough are on the market and available to buy for anyone looking for a new venture.

Former fish and chip shop

One of the most recent business premises to be listed for sale is the former Welcome Chippy on Long Lane in Chadderton.

The property, which sits in a residential area, offers a commercial space on the ground floor, as well as an industrial kitchen, storage areas and toilets.
