JAMES (JIM) HAMER Died unexpectedly on Saturday 20th April, in the Royal Oldham Hospital Devoted, loving husband to Marjorie, much loved dad to David and Jackie; proud grandad to Sian, Sam, Alex and George; father-in-law to Cheryl and Ken, brother-in-law to Michael and Margaret, uncle to Joanne, Paul & Isla. Best friend to his labrador Josie. A true gentleman who will be sorely missed by all his family, friends and neighbours. The funeral and Celebration of Life Service will take place on Friday 10th May, at Oldham Crematorium at 1:00pm and afterwards at Crompton & Royton Golf Club, High Barn Street, Royton where there will be a warm family welcome.
