(RECTORY LANE, RADCLIFFE) REVOCATION OF PERMIT PARKING BAY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above named Order in pursuance of its powers as contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which is set out in the schedule below. Schedule 1

Revocation of existing permit parking bay 08:00am - 06-00pm Mon - Sat

Rectory Lane, Radcliffe From a point lm north of the northerly kerbline of the un-named and unadopted road between Rectory Ln and Howard St to a point 6m north of the un-named and unadopted road between Rectory Ln and Howard St.

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (RECTORY LANE, RADCLIFFE) LOADING BAY ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above named Order under sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-

Introduction of Loading Only Bay (operational on all days at all times)

Rectory Lane, Radcliffe From a point 15m south of the southerly kerbline of Spring Ln for a distance of 6m in a southerly direction.

A copy of the above Orders, which come into operation on 17/05/21 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders, may be requested by e-mail only (due to Covidl9 changes to standard procedures ) at

traffic.calming@burv.gov.uk

quoting Reference: TM2/21/497.

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained in it on

the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument

made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6

weeks of 17/05/21 apply to the High Court for that purpose.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (CROMPTON STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Crompton St, Bury - between The Rock & South Back Rock The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate rebuilding of a chamber in the carriageway

The diversion route will be via The Rock, Gutter End & South Back Rock & vice versa
