NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Counril propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME -

Alston Street, Bury (in front of the Elton Community Centre car park and to the side of Elton Primary School) - Northerly side (opposite Elton Youth Centre) from the easterly kerbline of Alston St for a distance of 13 m (metres) in an easterly direction. Southerly side from a point 38 m west of the westerly kerbline of David St for a distance of 10 m in a westerly direction. Southerly side from the westerly kerbline of David St for a distance of 5 m in a westerly direction

David St, Bury - Both sides from the northerly kerbline of Walshaw Rd for a distance of 10 m in a northerly direction. Westerly side from the southerly kerbline of Alston St for a distance of 5 m in a southerly direction.

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. Copies of these may be requested by email (due to Covidl9 changes to standard procedures) by ^mailing

. All representations whether in support or objecting to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 OEJ or by email to

Orkney Close, Radcliffe -south westerly side from the north westerly kerbline of Bury Road for a distance of 25 metres in a north westerly direction. North westerly side from the north westerly kerbline of Bury Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of Monday 20111 December 2021 apply to the High Court for that purpose. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public, inspection.
