ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (STAND LANE AND SIDE ROADS OF STAND LANE, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (STAND LANE AND SIDE ROADS OF STAND LANE, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

1) Stand Lane, Radcliffe - at its junction with Ringley Road



2) Side roads off Stand Lane, Radcliffe - between Jackson Street and South Woodley Street.



The reason for the proposed order is facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.

For Stand Lane at its junction with Ringley Road, the alternative route will be via

Ringley Road, Church Lane, Bury New Road and New Road and vice-versa

For side roads off Stand Lane, local diversions will be signed as and when required.

The Order comes into operation on Monday 14 January 2019 and shall remain in

force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is

approximately 2 Sundays for the junction closure and 5 weeks for the side road

closures as and when required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (SIDE ROADS OF PILSWORTH ROAD, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Side roads off Pilsworth Road, Bury - from its junction with The Croft to its junction with Roach Bank Road.

The reason for the proposed order is facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. Local diversions will be signed as and when required.

The Order comes into operation on Monday 14 January 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 3 weeks. Dated 10 January 2019 Council Solicitor

Stanley Road, Whitefield - between the entrance to Morrisons and Moss Lane. The reason for the proposed order is facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. The alternative route will be via Moss Lane and Bury New Road and vice-versa. The Order comes into operation on Monday 14 January 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 3 weeks. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1)

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (UN-DEFINED FOOTPATH BETWEEN PARK GROVE & MOSLEY STREET) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Un-defined footpath between Park Grove and Mosley Street, Radcliffe - Temporary Footway Closure.

The temporary closure is to enable building works to take place

The alternative diversion route is via Mosley Street, Red Bank Road and Park Grove

and vice versa

The proposed Order will come into operation on Tuesday 15 January 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 6 months).
