ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (MILLER STREET, SUMMERSEAT) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

The reason for the proposed order is focilitate water pipe replacement works.

The alternative route will be Rowlands Road, Queens Place and Pollards Lane.

The Order comes into operation on Tuesday 12 March 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 3 days. Dated 07 March 2019 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BOLTON STREET, MARKET PLACE, MARKET STREET AND HAYMARKET STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE, ONE-WAY WORKING AND REVOCATION OF ONE-WAY WORKING ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding as follows:-

3) Bolton Street, Bury - between Jubilee Way and Cooper Street (including side roads off at their junctions with Bolton Street) in an easterly direction



4) Bolton Street, Bury - between Jubilee Way and Cooper Street (including side roads off at their junctions with Bolton Street) in a westerly direction



The following One-Way Orders will be temporarily revoked to facilitate access:-

Market Street, Bury - between Market Place and Broad Street

Market Place, Bury - between Bolton Street and Castle Street

The reason for the proposed order is to fiicilitate carriageway resurfacing works.

The alternative routes will be via:-

1) Bolton Street, Jubilee Way, Tenterden Street, Manchester Road, Silver Street, Broad Street and Market Street (Broad Street to Market Place) and via Market Street (Market Place to Broad Street) Haymarket Street, Angouleme Way, Jubilee Way and Bolton Street



2) Market Place, Bolton Street, Jubilee Way, Tenterden Street and Haymarket Street and via Haymarket Street, Angouleme Way, Jubilee Way, Bolton Street and Market Place



3) Bolton Street, Market Street, Haymarket Street, Angouleme Way and Jubilee Way



4) Jubilee Way, Tenterden Street, Manchester Road and Silver Street



The Order comes into operation on Monday 11 March 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 5 weeks (evening/overnight closures/one-way workings Sunday to Friday 7am - 2pm). Dated 07 March 2019 Council Solicitor

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (SEFTON STREET AND BURY NEW ROAD, WHITEFDXLD) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from turning as follows:-

Prohibition of Right Turn - from Sefton Street, Whitefield into Bury New Road Prohibition of Right Turn - from Bury New Road, Whitefield into Sefton Street

The reason for the proposed order is to enable manhole frame and cover replacement

works to be completed.

The alternative routes will be as follows:-

Via Bury New Road, Pinfold Lane and Higher Lane.

Via Bury New Road, Bury Old Road, Barn Street, Bury New Road and Higher Lane

The Order comes into operation on Wednesday 20 March 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately one night. Dated 14 March 2019
