I’m Inspector Nick Derbyshire, covering Oldham Town Centre, St Marys, Glodwick, Westwood and Alexandra.
I’ve worked for GMP for a number of years covering various areas and in a variety of policing roles. I’m passionate about supporting our communities and doing everything I can to make the wards safer and free of crime.
I started my career 28 years ago and have worked my way through response policing and C.I.D, to Neighbourhood Inspector.
I keep a keen eye on the issues in our areas continually and try to provide the policing support you deserve. My officers and staff are working day and night to ensure that this happens.
My team always welcome contact and you are welcome to get in touch with us. We attend community meetings where we can and I encourage our communities to keep us updated on meetings, plans and events in order that we can help in any way possible.
