STEVEN MARTIN BADBY, aged 26, of Bottomfield Close, Derker, was given a community order including 40 hours of unpaid work and a restraining order for breaching a non-molestation order. He mist also pay a £85 surcharge to fund victim services.

RICHARD LEE FODEN, aged 34, of Stamford Road, Lees, was discharged conditionally for two years and given a restraining order for using violence to secure entry into a premises knowing that there was someone present who opposed entry. He must also pay a £20 surcharge to fund victim services.

JACOB PETER PRICE, age 24, of Watersheddings Street, Oldham, was given a community order, including 45 hours of unpaid work, for assault by beating. He must also pay £100 compensation, a £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

DARREN RICHARD BUTLER, aged 35, of New Earth Street, Oldham, was fined £65 for assault by beating. He must also pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services and costs of £85.

VINCENT CHARLES POWER, aged 40, of Wells Road, Sholver, was given a community order making numerous phone calls to police conveying false information. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £85 costs.

ASHLEIGH CARRIGAN, aged 19, of Rochdale Road, Oldham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 for stealing perfume worth £113 from Debenhams.

AARON WALKER, aged 19, of Shaw Street, Royton, was fined £80 for causing £100 worth of damage to a door frame belonging to Yale Housing. She was ordered to pay £100 compensation and a £30 surcharge to fund victim services.

MOHAMMED HAFIZ, aged 46, of Kingsbridge Road, Oldham, was disqualified from driving for 15 months, had his licence endorsed and was fined £160 for driving while over the drink drive limit in Park Road, Oldham. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

SHAUN JOSEPH HIGGINS, aged 41, of Burnaby, Oldham, was give a community order with a drug rehabilitation order requirement for being in possession of a quantity of cannabis and amphetamine and stealing £500 worth of tools and other items from a shed in Oldham. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £20 compensation, £85 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 costs.

DANIEL WAYNE CLEAVER, aged 26, of Gordon Street, Shaw, was given a restraining order and a community order with a rehabilitation activity and a 40-hour unpaid work requirement for stalking. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £85 costs.

IGOR VARADI, aged 31, from Bradford, was given a community order with an unpaid work requirement of 80 hours for stealing £5,000 worth of lead from the Polish Catholic Social Club, in Oldham, on December 20, driving without insurance and failing to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates Court. He was ordered to pay £150 compensation and £85 surcharge to fund victim services.

MOHAMMAD ALI, aged 24, of Holborn Street, Rochdale, was given a community order with a 150 unpaid work element for four charges of being in possession of a quantity counterfeit cigarettes and rolling tobacco with a view to him or another selling, offering or exposing for sale in Oldham on February 22, 2017. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £750 costs.

QAISAR HUSSAIN, aged 44, of Ashton Road, Oldham, was given a community order with an unpaid work requirement of 250 hours for four charges of possessing counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco with a view to him or another selling, offering or exposing for sale and nine charges of supplying cigarettes and tobacco which did not carry a health warning. He was ordered to pay £750 costs and an £85 surcharge to fund victim services.

IRAM SHEHZADI, aged 31, Ashton Road, Oldham, was given a community order with a curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for eight weeks for four charges of possessing counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco. She was ordered to pay £750 costs and an £85 surcharge to fund victim services.
