A THIRD man has been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Mohammed Nabeel Hassan.
Sadik Djama, aged 22, from Longsight has been remanded and is due to appear before Manchester Magistrates' Court today.
It comes after Mohammed Jama, aged 20, and Musa Jama, aged 22, both of Ashley Street, were remanded in custody following their appearance at Manchester Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with Mr Hassan’s murder.
The pair, who are also charged with possession of a bladed weapon, are due at Manchester Crown Court today.
A 15-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man who were previously arrested in connection with Mohammed’s murder have been eliminated from enquiries, say police, and will face no further action at this time.
Mr Hassan was attacked on Waterloo Street, Oldham, near to the junction of Greengate Street last Friday.
He later died in hospital.
