DANIEL STEVEN KNOWLES, aged 27, of Esther Street, Greenacres, was fined £50 for failing to attend the unpaid work requirement of a community order and planned appointment. He was ordered to pay £60 costs.

GREGORY WILLIAM MULLENDER, aged 53, of Haworth Street, Oldham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly at Failsworth tram stop on March 26. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and £85 costs.

RYAN ANTHONY STEWART, aged 34, of Brookland, Royton, was jailed for 17 weeks after entering Linda Lewis Kitchens Ltd, in Honeywell Lane, with intent to steal on March 22. A concurrent 17 week prison sentence was given for being in possession of items for use in connection with theft, namely head torch and gloves. He was ordered to pay compensation of £1,500.

DANNY CAWLEY, aged 28, of Furness Avenue, Oldham, was sent to prison for 18 weeks and ordered to pay £500 compensation for stealing a jet wash worth £1,200 from D & G Autos, in Suthers Street, in June last year . He was given a two week prison sentence to run concurrently for driving while disqualified and driving without insurance and had his licence endorsed.

BRETT CARROLL, aged 32, of Second Avenue, Limeside, was given a community order for assault by beating and criminal damage. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and £300 costs.

LINA LUPU, aged 41, of Swinton Street, Oldham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for failing to ensure that the transfer waste disposal was given to an authorised person. She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and £550 costs.

KEITH PENDLEBURY, Coppice Street, Oldham, was issued with liability orders totalling £4,375.05 for non payment of council tax and costs.

REBECCA ALBERT, aged 29, of Drury Lane, Chadderton, was fined £220 for deposited bin bags containing waste at the junction of Granby Street. She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £406 costs.

NICHOLA BAKER, aged 33, Densmore Street, Failsworth, was fined £220 for leaving bin bags containing waste in the alleyway at the rear Densmore Street. She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £406 costs.

CHLOE JADE HARROP, aged 24, Ashton Road, Oldham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for depositing bin bags containing waste at the rear of Ashton Road, on two occasions. She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and £550 costs.

SAMANTHA HUTCHINSON, aged 26, of Redgrave Street, Oldham, was fined £220 for leaving bin bags containing waste in the park at the rear of Redgrave Street. She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30

and costs of £456.00.

SIGITA SASGTOYA, aged 25, of Napier Street West, Oldham, was fined £220 for depositing bin bags containing waste at an address in Napier Street West. She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £456 in costs.

GREGORY WILLIAM MULLENDER, aged 53, of Haworth Street, Oldham, was committed to prison for eight weeks for stealing a leather jacket worth £19.99 from the British Heart Foundation charity shop. He was committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent for stealing three pairs of glasses worth £5.99 from Home Bargains and hair products from Supercuts and two weeks concurrent for being on conditional discharge for the offence of stealing nine creme eggs, worth £11.25, and six Oreo chocolate bars, worth £8.94, from WHSmith in Manchester. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

ALTON ADAIR, aged 31, of Middleton Road, Chadderton, was disqualified from driving for 12 months, had his licence endorsed and was fined £300 for being over the prescribed drink drive alcohol limit. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

JOHN ASA GAVIN LINGARD, aged 41, of Norbury House, Glodwick, was given a community order for failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances that would affect Employment and Support Allowance. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85.

MATTHEW OLAYIWOLA, aged 37, of South Croft, Oldham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and £85 costs.

PAUL ANTHONY CUTLER, aged 52, of Letham Street, Oldham, was fined £160 for using abusive or insulting words or behaviour that was racially aggravated. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation, a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and £85 costs.

VITOR TIMPEIRA, aged 24, of Turf Lane, Chadderton, was sent for trial to Minshull Street Crown Court on May 3 charged with four counts of making indecent photographs of children or a child and one count of being in possession of 117 prohibited images of children.
