Caravan burnt out
AN old caravan was destroyed by fire in Denshaw on Monday night.
Oldham firefighters were called to the blaze at a layby in Oldham Road shortly before midnight.
The quickly extinguished the blaze, although there was a minor explosion in the tyres. A fire service spokesman said the caravan was believed to have been abandoned.
No-one was injured in the incident.
