THE following cases have been dealt with at Tameside Magistrates’ Court.

PAUL English, aged 50, of Stockfield Mount, Chadderton, breached a non-molestation order made by Manchester Family Court on December 6, 2017. He was given a three-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 into victim services.

SHAHIDA Bibi, aged 49, of Pitt Street, Oldham, between January 7, 2016 and September 30, 2017, was in breach of an enforcement notice issued by Oldham Council in that she failed to permanently remove the front dormer extension, make good the roof to match existing roofing and remove all resultant material from land at 48 Pitt Street. She was fined £80, and ordered to pay £30 into victim services and costs of £250.

RASHAD Hussain, aged 27, of Pitt Street Oldham, between January 7, 2016 and September 30, 2017, was in breach of an enforcement notice issued by Oldham Council in that she failed to permanently remove the front dormer extension, make good the roof to match existing roofing and remove all resultant material from land at 48 Pitt Street. He was fined £160, ordered to pay £30 into victim services and costs of £250.

ASIM Ahmed, aged 25, of Roundthorn Road, Oldham, failed with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates' Court on January 18 by failing to attend planned appointments on various dates. The suspended sentence order imposed for dangerous driving on August 25, 2017, has been varied. It is now 12 weeks prison suspended for 12 months. He is subject to an eight-week curfew order with electronic monitoring during which time he must remain at his home address from 7pm to 7am every Saturday. Original rehabilitation activity and unpaid work requirement will also continue. Ahmed must pay £60 costs.

SONIA Gaynor Earnshaw, aged 37, of Ripponden Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 28 by not attending appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

CAMERON Issac Mills, aged 19, of Salts Street, Shaw, failed to comply with a supervision requirements imposed following his release from a prison by not reporting for appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ANTHONY Willis, of Honeywell Lane, Oldham, must forfeit 9,357.95 after an application by Greater Manchester Police for a seizure order under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 was granted.

STEPHEN Wood, aged 44, of Somerton Walk, Taunton Road, Chadderton, damaged two double glazed windows worth a total of £700, and another belonging to a second man to the value of £100. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, and ordered to pay ££800 compensation, £20 into victim services.

DANUT Spiridon, aged 43, of Snowden Street, Oldham, drove with no licence while using a handheld mobile phone and with no insurance. He also failed to wear a seatbelt. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

KENNETH Dexter Tucker-Thompson, aged 31, of Bowbank Close, Oldham, drove under the influence of drugs, with no licence, no insurance and failed to wear a seatbelt. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LAURA Kay, aged 30, Starting Chair, Doctor Lane, Scouthead, allowed household waste, decorating materials and furniture to be unlawfully deposited on land at Back Lane, Oldham.

DEAN Francis Wellington, aged 51, of Whiteley Street, Chadderton, was found in possession of cannabis. He given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £20 into victim services and £85 costs.

RYAN McManus, aged 25, of Rochdale Road, Oldham, was guilty of drink driving, in Failsworth, on September 16. He was fined £230 ordered to pay costs of £85 and £30 into victim services. He was banned from driving for 17 months.
