THE following cases have been dealt with at Tameside Magistrates' Court. WASIM Mohammed Ashraf, aged 38, of Waltham Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates Court on April 24, by missing two planned appointments. His order was varied and he must now undergo rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of two days and continue drug rehabilitation and unpaid work. He must also pay £60 costs.

DOUGLAS Bourne, aged 28, of Edgemoor Close, Watersheddings. Failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July 9 by missing three appointments.

The order has been varied and he is now under curfew with electronic monitoring, ending on November 26, during which time he must be at his aunt’s address at Siddall Street, Oldham between 11pm and 5am daily. The original unpaid work requirement will also continue. He must also pay £60 costs.

SCOTT Paul Carter, aged 29, of Kipling Road, Derker, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on June 21 by missing two planned appointments. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

LIAM Anthony Merritt, aged 32, of Glenridding Close, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on March 15 by missing two planned appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LUKMAN Rumel Miah, aged 30, of Summervale House, Manchester Street, Oldham, failed to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on March 5 by not complying with Thinking Skills Programme pre-group session on four occasions, resulting in a second breach. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ALEXANDER Bradley Shane Riley, aged 27, of Summervale House, Manchester Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates Court on September 7 by missing two planned appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Daniel Mark HADFIELD, aged 33, of Flake Lane, Royton, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on March 20 by missing two appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
