THE following cases have been dealt with at Tameside Magistrates' Court. BRADLEY Jackson, aged 30, of Summervale House, Oldham, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by missing two appointments. He has been jailed for 14 days.

SHAHRUKH Bayzi, 48, of Stanley Street, Chadderton, has been jailed for four months after admitting racially aggravated threatening behaviour towards a police constable. He was also ordered to pay £115 into victim services.

JORDAN Paul Needham, aged 21, of Litchens Crescent, Oldham, admitted using threatening behaviour. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £60 costs and £20 into victim services.

VIKTORS Dombrovskis, aged 33, of Eldon Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester Magistrates’ Court on March 29 by missing unpaid work appointments on two occasions. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

THOMAS Patrick LIndop, aged 32, of Densmore Street, Failsworth, has had £2,206.49 seized following the granting of an application to Tameside Magistrates’ Court under the Proceeds of Crime Act, 2002, by Greater Manchester Police.

A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of Jordan Arron Dawson, aged 23, of Bridsome Street, Oldham who has pleaded not guilty to handling stolen vehicles and credit cards, but has failed to answer bail at Tameside Magistrates’ Court.

NICHOLAS Oliver Bridgehouse, aged 46, of Roundthorn Road, Oldham, stole eight pairs of jeans worth a total of £292 from Debenhams in Oldham on November 15. Bridgehouse was ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity for 10 days and to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay £85 into victim services and £85 costs.

KADE Howarth, aged 19, of Acre Lane, Oldham, drove with above the specified limit of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, an ingredient of cannabis, in his blood at Oldham on August 10. He was fined £250 and ordered to £30 into victim services and £85 costs. He was also banned from driving for 12 months.

JAMEY Timmins, aged 22, of Parkgate, Chadderton, stole men’s jackets from Next at Oldham on four days in November worth a total of £947. He has failed to surrender to bail and a warrant was issued for his arrest. MARTIN Collins, aged 22, of Union Street, Oldham, stole clothing worth £264.89 from TJ Hughes in Oldham on December 15. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £20 into victim services and costs of £85.

JASON David Biggins, aged 29, of Huddersfield Road, Oldham, stole fragrances worth £104.96 worth £104.96 from TK Max, cosmetics and an electric toothbrush from Boots together worth £210.50 and £130 cash from a woman, all in Oldham. He was ordered to undertake treatment for drug dependency for six months and carry out 60 hours unpaid work. He must also pay £104.96 compensation. ATHANIEL Lucas, aged 22, Higher House Close, Chadderton, breached a restraining order by contacting a woman when prohibited from doing so. He was jailed for 12 weeks because of his serious drug problem and previous conviction for assault and criminal damage and two further breaches. He was also ordered to pay £115 into victim services. MOHAMMED Shahbaz, aged 37, of Manchester Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on April 8 by missing two appointments. The order has now been varied and he must now carry out 20 hours’ unpaid work in the next 12 months. BLAINE Biggs, aged 22, of Malvern Close, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on January 24 by missing two appointments. The order has now been varied at Tameside Magistrates Court. He must undertake rehabilitation activity for two days and continue with an original commitment to carry out unpaid work and pay £60 costs.

KIERAN James Edwards, aged 24, of Spring Street, Greenacres, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 1 by missing two appointments. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

AN application from the Greater Manchester probation service to revoke a community order made by Leeds Magistrates Court on May 1 against Mark John Heap, aged 40, of Prince Charlie Street, Derker, has been granted by Tameside justices.

THE original offence was that on March 17 he drove a car on the M1 while disqualified. Heap must now comply with a curfew requirement for 12 weeks, ending on March 11, 2019, and will be electronically tagged. He must be at his home between 7pm and 5am daily.

CONNOR James Tyrer, aged 22, of Vincent Avenue, Littlemoore, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order imposed by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on May 24 by missing two appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

JOSEPH Thomas Snape, aged 31, of Ashworth Court, Ashworth Street, Shaw, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on November 27 by missing two appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ANDREW John Sutton, aged 34, of Holy Grove, Lees, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on October 2 by missing two appointments. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. MOHAMMED Shahin Ali, aged 31, of Widdop Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on July 12 by missing an appointment.

The original order was revoked and Ali must undergo treatment for drug dependency for six months and participate in rehabilitation activity for 15 days.

His original offence was the theft of £636.27 worth of goods from Boots in Rochdale, £66 worth of goods from Debenhams, £169 worth of perfume from Boots in Oldham,

Ali was also ordered to pay compensation of £79, costs of £85 and £85 into victim services. WAYNE Davies, aged 52, of Rochdale Road, Royton, admitted harassing a woman by sending her messages and driving past her on several occasions.

Davies has been given a restraining order banning him from making contact with his victim or entering Richmond Avenue, Royton, or driving along it and is prohibited from attending Supawash Laundrette in Oldham Road, Royton. He has also been ordered to pay costs of £85 and £20 into victim services.

RYAN Anthony Wynn, aged 23, of Rochdale Road, Royton, drove an Audi A3 car on Rochdale Road, Oldham with excess alcohol in his blood, with no insurance and with no licence. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 to victim services. He was also banned from driving for 18 months.
