DETECTIVES investigating a fatal shooting in Ashton last summer have made a further arrest.
At around 4.50pm on Wednesday, June 13 police were called to reports that a man had been shot on Birch Street.
Luke Paul Graham, aged 31, was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
Another man in his 20s presented himself at hospital later that day with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was discharged from hospital following treatment.
A 27-year-old man was arrested yesterday (Wednesday, January 16) on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder. He remains in custody for questioning.
A total of 11 men have now been arrested in connection with this incident.
Eight men have previously been charged with murder and attempted murder. Two men - aged 22 and 30 - were released under investigation.
