PADDY Ward, aged 26, Wimpole Street, Oldham, assaulted a woman by beating her on November 11, 2018. He has failed to answer to bail at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 10. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

VICTORIA Johnson, aged 46, was drunk and disorderly in Oldham on December 10. She was fined £80, ordered to pay costs of £85 and £30 to victim services by Tameside magistrates.

A WARRANT has been issued by Tameside Magistrates’ Court for the arrest of Petrica Patachi, aged 31, of Cranbrook Street, Oldham, on charges of drink driving in Lees Road, Oldham on December 9, 2018. She is also accused of driving with no insurance and with no licence.

A MAN has been jailed for four months after admitting possessing a Samuri Sword in a public place. Daniel Mark Redfern, aged 29, of Ripponden Road, Oldham, was also ordered to pay a £115 to victim services when he appeared at Tameside Magistrates Court.

JOHN Tindall, aged 60, of Hazel Lane, Oldham, has been fined £120 for drink driving in Chapel Road, Oldham on December 10. He must also pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. He was also banned from driving for 18 months by Tameside magistrates.

MATTHEW Ullah, aged 20, of Whetstone Hill Close, Oldham, has admitted drink driving in Yorkshire Street, Oldham on December 8, 2018.

He was fined £250, ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 into victim services by Tameside magistrates. Ullah was also banned from driving for 12 months.

JAKE Hussain, aged 23, of South Hill Street, Oldham, has pleaded guilty at Tameside Magistrates’ Court to possession of cannabis. He has been ordered to participate in an accredited Thinking skills Programme for 21 days and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Hussain must also pay £85 costs.

A WARRANT for the arrest of Darren Lee Simon Shaw, aged 41, of Haywood House, Oldham, has been issued by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on charges of driving with cocaine in his blood. He has pleaded not guilty, but has failed to answer to bail.

KHOULOUD Khaled Altemamey, aged 19, of Lancashire Court, Milne Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Blackpool Magistrates’ Court on May 15 by missing two probation appointments in November. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

DALE Anthony Hall, aged 34, of Elizabeth Avenue, Oldham, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Manchester and Salford Courts on October 18 by missing two appointments in November. The suspended sentence order was varied to six months’ jail, suspended for 12 months. Hall must also comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to a maximum of three days and pay costs of £60.

MICHAEL William Ogden, aged 34, of Estate Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by North Cheshire Magistrates’ Court on July 9, 2018 by missing two unpaid work appointments in November. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

MUJIBUR Rahman, aged 28, of Harmony Street, Glodwick, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on January 29, 2018, by missing two unpaid work appointments in November. His suspended sentence order imposed for assault has been upped from a 26-week jail suspended for 12 months to 18 months. He must also pay £60 costs.

JOHN Jason Jay Thorpe, aged 44, of Victoria Way, Royton, has had a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on August 31, 2018 revoked on the grounds that is affecting his work and family commitments. The original offence was harassment of a woman by sending threatening text messages and threatening behaviour towards the woman. A new community order has been issued electronically tagging him for 12 weeks until April 8, 2019 with a daily curfew between 9.30pm and 5.30am. He must also undertake rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of 15 days.

JASMIN Ali, aged 22, of Horsedge Street, Oldham has had a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on January 25, 2018 varied, revoking the requirement of 64 hours of unpaid work on health grounds. She must now undertake rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of 10 days.

MARCEL Christian Doyle, aged 43, of Higher Lime Road, Limeside, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on August 1, 2017 by missing two unpaid work appointments. The original fence was causing £2,000 worth of damage to a Range Rover car in Oldham on December 24, 2016 and threatening behaviour towards a man and failing to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on August 1, 2018. A 12-week prison sentence suspended for 16 months has been implemented as a jail sentence of six weeks.

WILLIAM Fogg, aged 26, of Spring Street, Greenacres, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order and has now been jailed for six months for his original offences of burglary at a home in Rochdale Road, Royton, and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a bladed knife in Mildred Avenue, Oldham.

CHRISTOPHER William Melia, aged 35, of Ripponden Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on March 29, 2018 by missing two unpaid work appointments in November. He must now carry out unpaid work for 20 hours in the next 12 months and pay costs of £60.

DAVID Robert Paul Stewart, aged 40, of Mackintosh Way, St Mary’s, Oldham, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order imposed by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 23, 2018, by missing an appointment with Turning Point Drug as instructed. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DAMIAN Kenneth Mates, aged 47, of Birch Avenue, Hollins, admitted carrying an offensive weapon, namely a hammer, in Ninth Avenue and caused £500 worth damage to a Greater Manchester Police intercom at Ashton and £591 worth of damage to a cell door. He also assaulted a police officer harassed two men. He was given a 20-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months. He must also undertake rehabilitation activity in the next 18 months for up to a maximum of 20 days. He must also pay compensation of £675 and costs of £200.
