A CHARITY will be holding a walk to raise awareness of mental health problems.

Organised by Burnley-based PH7 Life, the walk will see 84 men walk through 84 towns, villages and cities in the North West.

Anyone can join the walk at any point but the charity is looking for 84 men who will have fully funded places on the walk to take on the challenge.

They each represent one of the 84 men who take their lives every week due to mental health problems.

The ‘Massive MENtal Health Walk’ aims to raise awareness and funds.

As a charity, PH7 LIFE say they are committed to ending stigma around mental health and helping to save as many lives as possible.

They say their anxiety and depression courses have seen 88 per cent of people recover from depression, and 100 per cent from anxiety after attending the courses.

The walk takes place over four weekends in August and will take in towns including Blackburn, Burnley and Clitheroe.
