Failsworth Carnival
ORGANISERS of Failsworth Carnival are set to begin the process of selecting new "royalty" for this year's event.
The selection takes place on Sunday, April 7, at noon at the Tesco Failsworth community room.
There will be vacancies for a queen, aged 15 and above, junior queen, aged from 12 to 14, a princess, aged eight to 11, and a rosebud, aged five to seven.
Candidates must be available for Carnival Weekend on May 18/19.
