Celebrating 30 years of Disney’s classic animation based on the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale Small Cinema presents The Little Mermaid. Tickets are £3 each. Children get a free goodie bag with a drink, popcorn and a treat. There is also a chance to win the DVD of the movie in a prize raffle. There is also a chance to join in film-related arts and crafts in the foyer before the film is shown, from noon to 2pm.

Free family activities take place during all school holidays
Activities run from 1pm to 4pm each day. There will be face painting and craft activities at each session, most suitable for ages four to 10 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult for all family activities. All holiday activities are free with face painting for just £2.
Take Away Tuesday – half term family crafts in the museum “Take HeART” Saddleworth Museum, High Street, Uppermill
Tuesday, February 19, from 1pm to 4pm.
Join in the Museum’s celebration of Valentine’s Day this half-term. Explore tokens of love in the museum and have a go at some Valentines inspired crafts. Find out how love tokens were made 400 years ago, explore patterns and stitch craft in our Victorian Parlour and handmade hankies sent to loved ones in the war. No need to book just come and have a go!

Free craft activities included in the price of museum admission (£6 family (2+2), £3 adult , £2 child/concessionary). A parent, carer or guardian must stay with the children during these activities.
Supertato! Half term story and craft session

Oh my goodness, whatever can we do? There's an evil pea on the loose! Try to calm your frayed nerves because, never fear, Supertato is here to save the day!
Come along to hear a Supertato story and make your very own Supertato.
