THE Oldham and Manchester-based Owls wheelchair basketball team will hit TV screens across the UK in spring as they compete for the coveted Premier League title.
The Owls travel to the capital to face the London Titans on Sunday, March 3 in a match to be broadcast on BBC Sports Online at 4.30pm.
Their clash is one of two being screened as a total of four teams – also including The Bears and CWBA vie for the league title.
The teams will include big names of the wheelchair basketball world, with decorated Paralympians and GB internationals on their rosters.
