THE first details of Bolton's £45m Trinity Gateway scheme have today been revealed.
The development includes a 230ft tower block, 500 space multi-storey car park and 30,000 sq ft office block at a site on the corner of Trinity Street and Bradshawgate.
Bolton Council own the land but there are a number of other organisations involved in the project:
Bolton Regeneration Ltd
BRL is a private consortium involved in a number of Bolton regeneration projects.
It is led by development company Midia Group Ltd and is working with the Department for International Trade and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.

It is also involved with the Beijing Construction and Engineering Group International (BCEGI).
Midia Group
Midia, through its development company Midia Group, is the leading organisation behind BRL.
It is a north-west based group which specialises in major partnerships with the public sector and leading investors in commercial, residential and leisure projects across the North of England, including the development of the Manchester Arena and the Towers Business Park, in Didsbury.
Beijing CEGI
Beijing Construction and Engineering Group International (BCEGI) is one of the investors known to be involved in BRL.
The company is owned by the Chinese state and has been involved in the £1bn Airport City project at Manchester Airport and the £1bn Salford mixed-use development, Middlewood Locks.
In August of last year, the group agreed a deal in principle to become part of £250m proposals to regenerate Crompton Place Shopping Centre.
