THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court.

MAISIE Brooks, aged 22, of Quail Street, Oldham, left bags of waste in the alley adjacent to the street where she lives. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £406 costs and £30 to victim services.

TOMA Danusia, aged 26, of Huxley Street, Oldham left bags of waste in an alleyway near her home. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £406 and £30 to victim services.

CAROLINE Haywood, aged 32, of Pearl Mill Close, Oldham, failed to ensure that bags containing domestic waste were not dumped unlawfully at the rear of Pearl Mill Lane, Oldham. She was fined £200, ordered to pay £250 costs and £30 to victim services.

KRISTY Leigh Hilton, aged 29, of Old Road, Failsworth, dumped bags of waste adjacent to her home on two occasions She was fined £120, ordered to pay £325 costs and £30 to victim services.

FLORENTINA Tudoran, aged 29, of Kelverlow Street, Oldham, dumped waste in an alleyway adjacent to Kelverlow Street, Oldham. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £456 and £30 to victim services.

IOZEFINA Biban, aged 27, of Garforth Street, Oldham, dumped bags containing waste in an alleyway near her home. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £406 and £30 to victim services.

MARIO Dioll, aged 33, of Crofton Street, Oldham dumped bags containing waste in the car park at Nield Street, Oldham. Dioll was fined £220 and ordered to pay £406 costs and £30 to victim services.

LAVINIA Sorica, aged 24, of Kingsbridge Road, Oldham, dumped waste in an alleyway near he home. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £406 and £30 to victim services.

IAN Tierney, aged 31, of Watergate Milne Court, Waterhead, dumped waste in the car park at Watergate Milne Court. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £406 and £30 to victim services.

STEPHEN Wood, aged 45, of Somerton Walk, Taunton Road, Chadderton, admitted causing £275 worth of damage to a window. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £275 compensation, £85 costs and £30 to victim services.

JOHN Paul Moore, aged 26, of Werneth Hall Road, Oldham, has had a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on August 16, 2017 extended by six months and has been jailed for four weeks for his original offence of assaulting a woman by beating and has been given a further suspended sentence of 18 weeks suspended for 18 months for threatening unlawful violence, failure to surrender to custody and possession of cocaine. He must also pay £115 into victim services.

MARTIN Jon Porteous, aged 47, of Middleton Road, Chadderton, was found in possession of a kitchen knife in Garforth Street, Oldham. He was given a community order and will be electronically monitored under a 12-week curfew until April 26 during which time he must remain at his home address. He must also pay costs of £85 and £85 to victim services.

JOHN Paul Smith, aged 39, of Grains Road, Delph, was guilty of drink driving in Platting Road, Oldham on December 2. He was given a community order and has been electronically tagged with a 12-week curfew ending on April 26 during which time he must remain at home between 11pm and 7am. Smith must pay costs of £85, a further £85 to victim services and has been banned from driving for 24 months.

DANIEL Alan Barnett, aged 41, of Three Acre Avenue, Shaw, assaulted police officer and has been jailed for 10 weeks. He also went equipped for theft and used threatening behaviour. Barnett must also pay £115 into victim services.

KELVIN Greenwood, aged 46, of Brennan Court, Oldham, obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 into victim services. SHAHIDUR Rahman Shahid, aged 23, of Briscoe Street, Oldham, breached an order imposed by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court preventing him from entering Rowland Way in Oldham and assaulted and harassed a woman. Shahid was a community order in which he was put under electronic monitoring for eight weeks ending on April 1 during which time he must remain at home between 7pm and 7am daily.

JOHN William Higgins, aged 56, of Hollins Road, Oldham, pleaded guilty at Tameside Magistrates’ Court to burglary at house in Shaw Road, Oldham, where he stole binoculars, boots and clothing worth a total of 3345. He was fined £80, ordered to pay £500 compensation, £30 into victim services and £85 costs.

WAYNE O’Hara, aged 60, of Edge Lane Road, Oldham, pleaded guilty of drink driving in Hardman Lane, Manchester or June 19, 2018. He must now participate in a Drink Impaired Drivers Programme for 15 days and was fined £100 and must pay £85 costs and £85 to victim services. He was banned from driving for 40 months.

LIAM Robert Jewes, aged 28, of Connington Close, Royton, contacted a woman when probibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on October 6. He given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for six months and ordered to pay £30 costs and £115 into victim services.
