HOUSING developer Redrow is launching Fox Meadows development in Chadderton with the opening of a new Canterbury show home.

The professionally designed and decorated, fully-furnished Canterbury will be ready to welcome visitors from Saturday (March 16), from 10am to 5.30pm.

Some 25 of almost 100 homes have already been sold.

Sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), Lesley Myers, saud the development on Foxdenton Lane has been busy since June last year: “There has been a constant stream of viewers ever since Fox Meadows launched and we have taken reservations for just over a quarter of homes off-plan, which is a sign of just how well-received it has been.

“There are huge advantages to buying off-plan with competitive prices and the pick of the plots, but some customers prefer to wait until they have seen and experienced the show home before they make any decision.

“We’re anticipated a further flurry of visitors come the middle of March to see the Canterbury show home in all its glory.”

Like the rest of the three and four-bedroom homes at Fox Meadows, the Canterbury is from Redrow’s Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection, which combines traditional architecture with spacious and modern interiors.
