THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court ASHLEY Philip Mayall, aged 28, of St Mary’s Way, Oldham, is wanted by police, after failing to appear at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on charges of assaulting two men and inflicting grievous bodily harm on a third man. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

ANTHONY Gooding, aged 38, of Broadbent Road, Oldham, was guilty of drink driving in Prince George Street, on January 25. He was fined £430 and ordered to pay £85 costs in addition to £43 to victim services when he appeared at Tameside Magistrates’ Court. He was banned from driving for two years.

JORDAN James RENNIE, aged 18, of Fraser Street, Shaw, is wanted on charges of possession of cannabis, assault of a man and theft of £7 worth of food from Asda at Ashton. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

AYESHA Begum, aged 20, of Ross Street, Oldham, dumped household waste in the alleyway at the rear of Ross Street. She was fined £440 and ordered to pay costs of £506 and £44 into victim services.

CATHERINE Farrell, aged 52, of Villa Road, Oldham, dumped a black bag containing litter in an alleyway at the rear of Villa road. She was fined £80 and ordered to pay £200 costs with £30 to victim services.

JARINA Kotlarova, aged 51, of Trinity Street, Oldham, dumped black bags containing litter in an alleyway behind Trinity Street. She was fined £440 and ordered to pay £406 costs with £44 to victim services.

AATIF Rafiq, aged 37, of Eric Street, Clarksfield, carried out an act in Beech Avenue, Oldham, on October 16, 2018, when he was prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order made by Manchester Family Court on September 17, 2018. He was jailed for eight weeks and ordered to pay £400 costs and £115 into victim services.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Nicolas Paul Casey, aged 48, of Bamford Street, Royton, on charges of assaulting a police constable and failing to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court.

VICTORIA Johnson, aged 46, of Old Village Court, Oldham, has been found guilty of drink driving in Sheard Court, Shaw on February 27. She must now undergo treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. She was fined £50 and ordered to pay £600 costs and £85 into victim services. She was banned from driving for three years.

AMY Curry, aged 33, of Ninth Avenue, Limeside, has been found guilty of fraud in her absence. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Adam Richard HOWARD, aged 26, of Hayle Road, Sholver, assaulted a woman and used threatening behaviour. He must now carry out 200 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Howard must also pay compensation of £50, £85 to victim services and £660 costs.

VASILE Constantin, aged 31, of Henshaw Street, Oldham, has been found guilty of drink driving on November 21, 2018 in Rifle Street Oldham. He was fined £450 and ordered to pay costs of £625 and £45 into victim services. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

JAVED Khan, aged 41, of Laburnum Avenue, Oldham, drove with insurance in Cambridge Street, Oldham on August 31, 2018. He was fined £130 and ordered to pay £100 costs and £30 to victim services.

RYAN Young, aged 38, of Mornington Court, Coldhurst, made a telephone call conveying a threat to a woman. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and a restraining order prohibiting him from making contact with his victim other than through an agreed third party or entering the street where his victim lives.

MICHAEL Derek Hession, aged 24, of Lime green Road, Oldham, assaulted a woman and a man by beating on April 14, 2018. He was electronically tagged for six months with a curfew between 8pm and 8am until August 31. He must also participate in rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of 30 days. Hession was also given a restraining order prohibiting him from making contact with his victim or entering Cherry Avenue, Oldham. He must also pay costs of £450 and £85 into victim services.

CHRISTOPHER Pattillo, aged 47, of Egerton Street, Oldham, pleaded guilty to burglary at Tesco in Oldham, stealing an unknown value of alcohol. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £400 costs and £20 into victim services. ANDREW Dicks, aged 43, of Hardman Lane, Failsworth, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on November 6, 2018 by missing appointments. He was ordered to carry out 10 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

KELVIN English, aged 28, of Ashville Court, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 22, 2018 by missing appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DARREN Roache, aged 32, of Washington Street, Oldham, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by not reporting for a planned appointment with his responsible officer. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

JOHN William Dobson, aged 44, of Gorse Avenue, Oldham, caused £200 of damage to a Citroen C4 car and assaulted a man by beating on December 29 and carried out the offences while the subject of a 12-month conditional discharge, imposed for causing £500 worth of damage to a car and theft of £30 cash from a man. On February 20, he stole a bank card, watch, money and a purse belonging to a man and a woman. He was jailed for a total of 12 weeks and ordered to pay £600 compensation.

PAUL Taylor, aged 32, of New Earth Street, Oldham, assaulted a girl by beating on May 24, 2018. He must now undertake rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of 15 days. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER Cuff, aged 30, of Devon Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on August 1, 2017 by missing an unpaid work appointment on September 5, 2018. His original offence was theft of an unknown quantity of cash belonging to Metrolink. He must now carry out 95 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

STUART Holt, aged 41, of Oldham Road, Failsworth, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison by missing appointments. He was jailed for seven days.

MATTHEW Anthony Proctor, aged 37, of Lilac Grove, Chadderton, has been given a 12-month conditional discharge for receiving stolen goods, namely a credit card, and committed fraud by using the card. He must also pay costs of £85 and £20 to victim services.

JAMES Andrew Acton, aged 39, of Kensington Avenue, Royton, caused £400 damage to a man’s front door and used threatening behaviour towards the man and a woman on January 13. He was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

TERRY Lees, aged 44, of Spring Street Hostel, Oldham, stole alcohol worth £16.50 and meat worth £40 from Asda in Oldham on January 29 and January 19, respectively. The offences were committed during the operational period of a suspended prison sentence imposed for assault on January 4. He was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He must also pay £56.50 compensation.

JENNIFER Clough, aged 31, of Bowness Walk, Royton, caused £1,200 to a television and laptop belonging to a woman whom she also assaulted by beating. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and given a restraining order banning her from contacting her victim and not to enter Cunliffe Drive, Shaw.

She must also pay £1,200 compensation.

PETER Deluse, aged 64, of Moorlands Caravan Park, Ripponden Road, Denshaw, failed to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act on five occasions. He was ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 into victim services.

DANISH Basharat, aged 18, of Pitt Street, Oldham, pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving with no licence, possession of cannabis, dangerous driving, with no insurance on February 4. He has been committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence.

SONIA Gaynor Earnshaw, aged 38, of Ripponden Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 28, 2018 by missing planned appointments with his unpaid work responsible order. She was electronically tagged for four weeks ending on April 3 under a daily curfew from 9pm to 6am and must continue her unpaid work requirement. She must also pay £60 costs.
