THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court

ANDREW Dicks, aged 43, of Hardman Lane, Failsworth, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on November 6, 2018 by missing appointments. He was ordered to carry out 10 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

KELVIN English, aged 28, of Ashville Court, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 22, 2018 by missing appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DARREN Roache, aged 32, of Washington Street, Oldham, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by not reporting for a planned appointment with his responsible officer. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

PAUL Taylor, aged 32, of New Earth Street, Oldham, assaulted a girl by beating on May 24, 2018. He must now undertake rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of 15 days. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

STUART Holt, aged 41, of Oldham Road, Failsworth, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison by missing appointments. He was jailed for seven days.

MATTHEW Anthony Proctor, aged 37, of Lilac Grove, Chadderton, has been given a 12-month conditional discharge for receiving stolen goods, namely a credit card, and committed fraud by using the card. He must also pay costs of £85 and £20 to victim services.

JAMES Andrew Acton, aged 39, of Kensington Avenue, Royton, caused £400 damage to a man’s front door and used threatening behaviour towards the man and a woman on January 13. He was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

JAVED Khan, aged 41, of Laburnum Avenue, Oldham, drove with no licence on Brewerton Road, drove with no licence and with no insurance on January 17. He was fined £120, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

DAVID Sully, aged 47, of Marlborough Drive, Failsworth, failed to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act on February 18 and 28. He was fined a total of £160 and ordered to pay £30 to victim services and £85 costs.

CONSTANTIN Bogatu, aged 36, of Cranbrook Street, Oldham, was guilty of drink driving, driving with no insurance and without a licence. He was fined £450, ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 into victim services. He was banned from for 14 months.

MARK Flynn, aged 30, of Amberwood, Chadderton, was guilty of drink driving in Broadway Oldham on February 2. He was fined £480 and ordered to pay £85 and £48 into victim services. He was also banned from driving for 12 months.

DUANE Philip Kershaw, aged 46, of Abbey Hills Road, Oldham, stole alcohol worth £64.50 from Asda in Oldham. He was given a nine-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £32.50 compensation, and a victim surcharge of £20 as well £85 costs.

DEREK Thomas Richardson, aged 43, of Boston Street, Oldham, failed to prevent banging and loud noises emanating from premises on July 10, 2018. He also failed to comply with abatement orders on July 12, 13, 14, August 16, 17, 19, September 16, and October 10. He was fined a total of £100 and ordered to pay £650 costs and £30 into victim services.

VASILE Bolmadir, aged 31, of Edith Street, Oldham drove on Plane Street, Oldham on June 27, 2016 with no insurance, no licence and while using a hand held mobile phone and failed to surrender to custody on June 27, 2016.. He was fined £315 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 into victim services.

DANIELE Angela Fox, aged 28, of Gainsborough Avenue, Oldham, made contact with a man when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on December 3, 2018. The offence was commissioned during the operational period of a suspended sentence order imposed on that date. Her original offence was that she stole a bank card and cash amounting to £1,000 from her victim. She was given a total jail sentence of 38 weeks and ordered to pay £140 into victim services and £85 costs.

BERNARD Ward, aged 45, of Raper Street, Oldham, was guilty of burglary at a property in Fairbottom Street, Oldham, where he stole tools worth £2,190. He was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £2,190 compensation.

FARZANA Kouser, aged 46, of Abbey Hills Road, Oldham, was in breach of an enforcement notice issued by Oldham Council on February 24, 2017 ordering the removal of the front and rear dormer extensions, and making good the roof and removal of all resultant materials by June 23, 2017. She was fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 into victim services and costs of £225.

TARIQ Mahmood, aged 46, of Abbey Hills Road, Oldham, was in breach of an enforcement notice issued by Oldham Council on February 24, 2017 ordering the removal of the front and rear dormer extensions, and making good the roof and removal of all resultant materials by June 23, 2017. He was fined £105 and ordered to pay £225 costs and £30 to victim services.

MICHAEL Boyce, aged 37, of Dogford Road, Royton, was guilty of drink driving on Sholver Lane, Oldham, on Christmas Day, 2018 and had no insurance or licence. Boyce also failed to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 31. He was fined a total of £260 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services.

A WARRANT for the arrest of Sheik Mohammed Ali Omor, aged 25, of Park Road Oldham, has been issued after he failed to appear at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on charges of using threatening behaviour on December 13, 2017.

TAMESIDE magistrates have granted an application from Greater Manchester Police for the continued detention of £1,500 from Mohammed Arif, aged 47, of Hillside Avenue, Oldham, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

WASIM Mohammed Ashraf, aged 38, of Waltham Street, Oldham, stole meat worth a total of £40.50 from Iceland in Oldham.

A warrant was issued for his arrest by Tameside magistrates.

FLORENTINA Marin, aged 31, of Snowdon Street, Oldham, failed to ensure waste was not deposited in an alleyway behind Snowdon Street. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

LEE Anthony West, aged 38, of London Road, Oldham, was guilty of drink driving in London Road on December 9, and causing criminal damage to a VW Golf car. He was fined a total of £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. West was banned from driving for 17 months.

THOMAS Rothery, aged 29, of Tree Tops, Greenfield, was guilty of drink driving in Manchester Road, Mossley, on February 9. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 into victim services and £85 costs. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

JOHN Earlam, of Rochdale Road, Royton, dumped bags containing waste at the back of Rochdale Road. He was fined £30 and ordered to pay £200 costs and £30 into victim services.

CHRISTINA Toader, of Ashton Road, Oldham, failed to prevent waste from her property from being dumped in an alleyway at the rear of Ashton Road and Port Street, Oldham. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
