THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court.

CHERRISE Tamarae Massay, aged 21, of Coalshaw Green Road, Chadderton, drove a car on Manchester Road, Hollinwood, while disqualified and with no insurance. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

LEE Joseph Halliwell, aged 36, of Beechey Square, Oldham, was found in possession of cannabis. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £80 costs and £20 to victim services.

JOSHUA Martin Howard, aged 26, of Kempton Way, Chadderton, was found in possession of cocaine and ammunition for a gun. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SCOTT Rossbottom, aged 25, of Farm Street, Failsworth, failed to secure the transfer of controlled waste to an authorised person. He was fined £133 and ordered to pay £300 costs and £30 into victim services.

CONNOR LUKE Ninian, aged 25, of Meldram Street, Oldham, failed to secure the transfer of controlled waste to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

HARRY Richard Barker, aged 23, of Windsor Road, Oldham, handled a stolen Playstation worth £200. He was fined £135 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services.

PAUL Anthony Cutler, aged 53, of Edward Mews, Werneth, assaulted a woman by beating. He was ordered to undertake drug rehabilitation and to pay £85 into victim services and £100 costs.

WASIM Mohammed Ashraf, aged 38, of Buckfast Avenue, Oldham, stole meat worth £40.50 from Iceland in Oldham. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 and £20 into victim services.

GRAHAM Barker, aged 39, Gower Street, Oldham, assaulted a woman by beating. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £30 into victim services and £100 costs.

WAQAR Khan, aged 43, of Stuart Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 16 by missing planned appointments on February 7 and 13. He must comply with rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of three days. He must also pay £60 costs.

TERRY Lees, aged 44, of Spring Street Hostel, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by missing appointments on February 4 and 11. He was fined £20.

DARREN Richards, aged 46, of Ripponden Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magisrates’ Court on December 27 by missing appointments on February 2 and 13. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

SEBASTIAN Romanowski, aged 34, of Sidney Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tamesdie Magistrates’ Court on January 24 by missing appointments on February 4 and 18. He was ordered to carry out 20 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay costs of £60.

DALE Anthony Hall, aged 34, of Elizabeth Avenue, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on October 18 by missing appointments on February 12 and 18. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

JASON Michael Knight, aged 25, of Lincoln Street, Werneth, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order imposed by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July 26 by missing appointments on August 19 and 26. The order was varied and Knight has been given a 16-week jail sentence suspended for 18 months. He must also carry out 20 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

ASHLEY Liam Meegan, aged 30, of Valley New Road, Royton, communicated with numerous children under the age of 16 for sexual gratification. He was committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence.

SHANNON Dunford, aged 24, of Lorne Avenue, Royton, drove on a car on the M62 between junctions 28 and 27, Leeds on a section of road with variable speed limits at a speed exceeding 60mph. She was fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 to victim services and £85 costs.

SHERRIE Moran, aged 39, of Ash Street, Failsworth, dumped black rubbish bags in the alleyway behind Ash Street. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

ROBERT Mirga, aged 41, of Wolverton Avenue, Oldham, drove with no insurance and with no licence. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

REMUS Petrovici, aged 23, of Darwin Street, Oldham, drove with no insurance and with no licence and obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

AARON Riley, aged 22, of Wavemy Road, Shaw, caused £150 worth of damage to a Mercedes car and £750 damage to a Vauxhall Astra on November 11. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £439 compensation.

DANNY Tait, aged 34, of Miles Street, Oldham, produced a quantity of cannabis and dishonestly diverted electricity to a value unknown. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

BEN Robinson, aged 23, of Mough Lane, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made on April 8, 2016 by missing appointments on December 1, 2017 and January 8, 2018. He was ordered to pay £60 costs and ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

KRISTAL Ann Balint, aged 32, of Hoyle Avenue, Oldham, stole skincare products worth £674.55 from Boots in Oldham. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

An application from Greater Manchester Police for the continued detention of seized cash amounting to £100,000 from David Lancaster, aged 32, of Black Pitts Farm, Chadderton, has been granted.

ALLAN Crocker, aged 82, of Willow Bank, Village Green, Uppermill, drove without due care and attention. He has been fined £330 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £33 to victim services.
