Police arrest suspect in bus sex assault on girl (Image: IR)
A 67-YEAR-old man has been arrested by police investigating the sexual assault of a teenage girl on a bus in the Mottram area of Stalybridge.
The man, who is from the Hyde area, was arrested on May 7 and has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
The assault took place as the girl was travelling on the Stagecoach service from Glossop to Ashton.
It was reported to police in February but the assault took place at around 9.40am on Friday, November 16.
