THE following cases have been dealt with at Tameside Magistrates' Court. A warrant for the arrest of Ryan John Parker, aged 33, of Littlemoor Lane, Oldham, has been issued on charges of threatening unlawful violence, possession of an offensive weapon, namely a metal bar, causing £500 to a VW Golf, and threatening a police officer.

A warrant for the arrest of Sam Dylan Dymond, aged 29, of Knott Lanes, Oldham, has been issued on charges of driving a vehicle which he knew to have been taken without the owner’s consent on May 17, 2017, dangerous driving and assaulting a woman.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of David John Handley, aged 32, on charges of stealing items including perfume and razors from Boots in Oldham and aftershave from Debenhams worth £163.49.

RICHARD James Christopher Balcerzak, aged 25, of Bath Street, Oldham, dishonestly received two BMW cars, one bearing false plates worth £22,000, and the of unknown value and drove with no licence and with no insurance on April 6. He also had in his possession cocaine. He was committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence.

PATRICK Paul Ward, aged 40, of Lychgate Court, Oldham, was guilty of drink driving, driving with no insurance and without a licence in Union Street, Oldham. He was fined £243 and ordered to pay £200 and £30 into victim services. He was banned from driving until he passes his test.

CARL Anderson Jackman, aged 47, of St Marys Street, Oldham stole six blocks of cheese worth £22 from Heron Foods at Oldham. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £11 compensation.

DAVID Careford, aged 36, of Oldham Road, Failsworth, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on June 7, 2018 by missing appointments on February 12 and March 26. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

LEVI Eccleston, aged 21, of Propps Hall Drive, Failsworth, failed to comply with the a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court by missing appointments on April 3 and April 14. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

SYED Tahir Shah, aged 34, of Brompton Street, Oldham, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by missing appointments on March 15, 22 and 29. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

WAYNE David Bridge, aged 36, of Lynchgate Court, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on August 1 by missing appointments on March 15 and March 24. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £30.

MOHAMMED Kaleem Rizwan, aged 25, of Constable Walk, Sholver, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on May 16, 2018 by missing unpaid work appointments on June 6 and 11, 2018. He has now been dealt with for the original offence of assaulting a woman and causing £550 worth of damage to railings belonging to Oldham Council, failing to stop and report an accident, threatening behaviour, and failure to surrender to custody and has been jailed for a total of 18 weeks.

BRADLEY Jon Jackson, aged 31, of Falmouth Street, Oldham, stole £200 in cash from a man at Oldham on April 6 and failed to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on April 12. He was ordered to undergo drug rehabilitation treatment and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Jackson must also pay £85 costs and £85 to victim services.

NICHOLAS Lee McGuiness, aged 30, of Richmond Avenue, Royton, inflicted grievous bodily harm on a man at Tameside on July 4, 2018. He was committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence. McGuinness was also placed him under curfew between 7pm and 7am each day until the day of the hearing on June 17.
