ZAHED Ahmed, aged 28, of Lancashire Court Milne Street, Oldham, failed to comply with community order made by Blackpool Magistrates’ Court on May 15, 2018, by failing to provide evidence to excuse absences on April 1, 2019. He was dealt with for the original offence which was at Preston possession of the class A drugs 251-NBOMe, amphetamine, and class B drug cannabis, and a knife in a public place on May 15, 2018. He was ordered to pay £60 costs and given a community order with electronic tagging and curfew requirement until September 9. Until then, he must be at home between 5pm and 2am.

KHOULOUD Altemamey, aged 19, of Lancashire Court, Milne Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order by missing paid work on April 2 and 23. He was dealt with for the original offence, possession of a knife in a public place at Preston. He was given a community order with electronic tagging and curfew requirement until July 1 and must remain at home from 5pm to 2am. He must also pay £60 costs.

LEWIS McDermott, aged 19, of Taunton Road, Chadderton, went equipped for theft with a foiled lined bag on April 19 and stole coffee worth £9.98 from Heron Foods at Oldham. McDermott also failed to surrender to custody at court on April 19. He must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £85 into victim services.

WAJID Malik, aged 29, of Albert House, Albert Street, Chadderton, failed to stop after an accident cause an injury to another man on June 5, 2017. He also failed to give his name and address, drove without due care and failed to surrender to custody on December 1, 2017. He was ordered to pay £600 costs, £85 to victim services and to carry out 150 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months.

KIERAN Hilditch, aged 20, of Cardinal Court, Cardinal Street, dumped bags containing waste in an alley at the rear of Hollins Road. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £130 costs and £30 to victim services.

LUBNA Khan, aged 29, of Parkgate, Chadderton, harassed a woman on numerous occasions via voicemails and created false Facebook accounts using the name of his victim and her pictures. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 into victim services. He was also given a restraining order prohibiting him from contacting his victim, directly or indirectly, or from creating a Facebook account in her name. The order lasts until May 21, 2021.

MATTHEW David Ankers, aged 20, of Yew Tree House, Long lane, Chadderton, stole a car, worth £2,000. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DAVID Rudman, aged 41, of Kensington Avenue, Roytoin, stole four electric shavers worth £180 from Boots at Oldham on April 4. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DANIEL Hilton, aged 21, of Hathershaw Lane, Oldham, contacted a man and a woman when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on January 24. He also sent Facebook messages issuing threats. He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £115 into victim services.

BAILEY Anderson, aged 21, of Troutbeck Walk, Royton, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and cannabis on February 8. He was fined £331 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services.

DYLAN Wharmby, aged 18, of Montgomery House, Hawthorn Road, Oldham, committed racially aggravated assault on June 3, 2018 and was found in possession of cannabis. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 into victim services.

DAVID Cain Stanescu, aged 18, of Plymouth Street, Oldham, has been committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence after indicating he will plead guilty to possession of a locking knife in a public place, driving with no insurance and with no licence, failing to stop for police and dangerous driving.

ANTHONY Alan Ward, aged 19, of Durban Street, Oldham, assault a police constable by beating him on April 8. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 into victim services.

MARCEL Ionut Chisoi, aged 33, of Ross Street, Oldham was found guilty of drink driving and failing to surrender to custody. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

MICHELLE Claire Louise Hardman, aged 38, of Union Street, Oldham, stole cosmetics worth £65 from the Body Shop at Oldham on April 10. On April 30, she stole bedding worth £65 belonging to T J Hughes at Oldham. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
