THE following cases have been dealt with at Tameside Magistrates' Court.

MASON Julien, aged 18, of Waverley Court, Derker, failed to comply with a youth rehabilitation order made by Tameside Youth Court on September 4, 2018 by failing to report for appointments. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

CASEY Taylor Mayall, aged 20, of Werneth Hall Road, Werneth, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on March 12 by missing appointments. His suspended sentence order has now been varied to eight weeks prison suspended for 12 months. He must also pay costs of £60.

MARK Flynn, aged 30, of Amberwood, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 30 by missing planned appointments on April 28 and May 1. He must now carry out 20 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay costs of £60.

RYAN Needham, aged 24, of Dowry Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on January 26 by missing appointments on April 26 and May 9. Needham must now participate in rehabilitation activity for three days and pay £60 costs.

PETRICA Patachi, aged 31, of Cranbrook Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on March 23 by missing appointments on April 29 and May 13 and failed to report for unpaid work appointments with his responsible officer. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

JAMIE Timmins, aged 23, of Parkgate, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 24 by missing appointments on april 17 and May1 and failed to keep in touch with his responsible officer between April 17 and May 29. Timmins must now undergo drug rehabilitation treatment and was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

CHLOE Fleming, aged 19, of Ripponden Road, Oldham, stole five pairs of Amani sunglasses worth £600 from Boots in Glossop on November 21, 2018, an offence which was commissioned while she was subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months for prior thefts from Boots in Glossop and another store on September 7, 2018. On June 7 at Blackpool she stole sweets and chocolates worth £14.50 from Spends and assaulted a woman by beating her. She must now carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, pay £114.50 compensation, £85 to victim services.

AARON Wesley Gibson, aged 32, of Belgrave Court, Oldham, admitted possession of cocaine and cannabis on November 2, 2018. He was fined £230 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 into victim services.

SEAN WATTON, aged 48, of Cromwell Court, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on December 7, 2018, by missing ppointments on May 28. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

TIMOTHY Alexander Dougal, aged 48, of Vincent Avenue, Oldham, drove with excessive levels of cocaine in his blood, and with no licence or insurance. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 into victim services. He was banned from driving until he passes his test.

Rafaqat HUSSAIN, aged 25, of South Hill Street, Oldham, was found in possession of a butcher’s knife at Alexandra Park in Oldham on May 21. He was committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence.

JORDAN Townsend, aged 26, of Hollins Road, Hollins, was guilty of drink driving in Rochdale Road, Oldham on May 18. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £40 for victim services.

A warrant for the arrest of Sarah Louise Bradley, aged 31, of Christchurch Court, Derby Street, Werneth, on charges of using threatening threatening behaviour in Oldham on May 22.

SHOFIUL Hoque, aged 20, of Garforth Street, Oldham. Drove with no insurance and while disqualified on April 22. He was given a community order and will be under curfew until September 11 with electronic monitoring. He must be at 126 Garforth Street between 8pm and 8am daily until then. He must also pay £85 costs and £85 to victim services.

LAURA Kate Anne Henley, aged 28, of Hawthorn Crescent, Oldham, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of drink driving. She was ordered to carry out 90 hours of unpaid work and to pay £400 costs and £85 to victim services. She was also banned from driving for 17 months.

ALAN Wild, aged 47, of Falkirk Street, Greenacres, broke into Kwik Fit at Oldham with intent to steal. He was jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £115 to victim services.

ANWAR Hussion, aged 21, of Melbourne Street, Chadderton, drove with no insurance and without due care and attention on June 18. He was fined a total of £650 and ordered to pay £49 into victim services and £150 costs.

FRANCISCO Goas, aged 40, of Reins Lee Avenue, Oldham, assaulted a man occasioning actual bodily harm at Oldham on October 14, 2017. He was given a 12-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He must also pay £200 compensation and £115 into victim services as well as £85 costs.
