THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates’ Court.

ALI Akbar, aged 20, of Frederick Street, Coppice, dishonestly made off without paying for petrol worth £4.26 on February 13 and £37.78 on February 14 at Oldham. Akbar also drove with no insurance, with no licence and was found in possession of cannabis all on February 15. He was ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and to pay £105 costs and compensation of £48.

ALEKSANDER Dabrowski, aged 35, of Course View, Oldham, drove with no insurance or licence. He was fined £350 and ordered to pay £105 costs and £30 into victim services.

MARK Anthony McFarlane, aged 38, of Furberry Court, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Stockport Magistrates’ Court on August 2, 2017 by missing appointments on a or between April 9 and 19, 2018. His original theft was drink driving in Handforth, Cheshire. He was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and to pay £60 costs.

LUKE Nuttall, aged 26, of no fixed address, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to maintain contact with his responsible officer between April 25 and June 18. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LEE Christopher Denson, aged 30, of Patterdale Close, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside magistrates by being absent from his specified place of curfew on three occasions. The total time violation was 14 hours 42 minutes. His original offence was theft of an unknown quantity of cash from Regal Games in Bristol, and causing £5,000 worth of damaging a detention cell belonging to Avon and Summerset Constabulary on April 30. He was placed under curfew until August 5 and must be at Patterdale Close, Oldham between 8pm and 6am daily. He must also pay £60 costs.

ATHANIEL Lucas, aged 23, of Higher House Close, Chadderton, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to report for appointments with his responsible officer. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ZAIN Muhmud, aged 24, of Yorkdale, Oldham, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on February 25 by failing to report for appointments on April 25 and May 14. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

JALAL Ahmed, of Harold Street, Oldham, failed to comply with an Oldham Council prohibition order in that he failed to abate noise from birds kept in the rear yard and outbuildings at his home address. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £701 and £50 to victim services.

GARY John Curley, aged 49, of Summer Street, Shaw, having been convicted of an offence under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on September 13, did not do everything in his power to secure compliance with the notice. He was fined £3,000 and ordered to pay £500 costs and £172 into victim services

RACHEL Mackin, aged, 36, of Redgrave Street, Oldham, failed to secure that household waste produced on her property was to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

KEILEY Mills, of Smyrma Street, Oldham, failed to secure that household waste produced on her property was to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

REMUS Muntean, of Ashton Road, Oldham, failed to secure that household waste produced on his property was to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SOPHIE Pountley, aged 23, of Sharples Hall Street, Oldham, failed to secure that household waste produced on her property was to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

STEFAN Sorin Rapa, of Copster Hill Road, Oldham, , failed to secure that household waste produced on his property was to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DEAN Crawford, aged 27, of Church Street, Failsworth has been committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentencing after pleading guilty to driving a large vehicle carrying an Audi A4 dangerously on Hey Lane and Lord Lane in Manchester.

LEE Haughton, aged 40, of Broadway, Royton, was guilty of drink driving on Broadway on May 25. He was fined £703 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £70 to victim services. He was banned from driving for 17 months.

TAJUD Hoque, aged 20, of Stirling Street, Oldham, was guilty of drug driving on January 3. He was fined £123 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 into victim services.

JASON Francis Ward, aged 23, of Hague House, Eldon Street Estate, Oldham, stole candles worth £107. 96 from Boots on May 22 and the offence was committed during the period of a suspended sentence order made by Tameside magistrates on January 18. His original officence was driving while disqualified on January 18 in Vale Drive, Oldham. He was jailed for 14 weeks and ordered to pay £115 into victim services.

LISA Jane McCamphill, aged 34, of Julian House, Henshaw Street, Oldham, stole six air fresheners worth £26.34 on June 1. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

JOHN Paul Mulcahy, aged 33, of Park Avenue, Failsworth, was drunk in charge a car in Walker Road. He was fined £320 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 into victim services.

DAVID Cain Stanescu, aged 18, of Port Street, Oldham, handled stolen goods, namely a mobile phone worth £163.50. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

GEMMA Louise Andrews, aged 34, of Falmouth Street, Oldham, assaulted a man on March 5 at Oldham and admitted harassing him on March 28.She was under to undergo rehabilitation activity for up to 30 days was given a restraining order prohibiting her from making contact, directly or indirectly with her victim or approaching an address in Oldham within 100 metres. She was also fined £80, ordered to pay £100 compensation.
