THE following cases have been dealt with at Tameside Magistrates' Court.

ADAM Maco, aged 19, of Kent street, Oldham, failed to comply with a youth rehabilitation order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 9, 2018 by missing appointments. His original offences were breaking into Coppice Primary Academy and failure to surrender to custody. He was ordered to carry out 74 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

KAMRAN aziz, aged 37, of Queens road, Glodwick, caused £150 damage to a pane of glass belonging to a woman on March 15, used violence to enter The Hazledean Hotel caused £300 to a door belonging to a man, and assaulted a woman by beating all on January 10. He was ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and must pay £200 compensation and £300 costs.

KYLE David Anthony Gardiner, aged 28, of Covert Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on June 5 by removing his personal identification advice on June 14 and failed to make himself available when electronic monitoring staff visited on three occasions. His original offence was assaulting two police constables and using threatening behaviour towards a third in Birmingham.

On June 29,at the Royal Oldham Hospital he assaulted a man by beating him and caused £500 worth of damage to his car, to whom he has been ordered to pay £550 compensation. Gardiner also used threatening behaviour towards a police constable there.He was given a nine-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. Gardiner must also pay £60 costs.

ZAIN Muhmud, aged 24, of Yorkdale, Oldham, drove with no insurance and with no licence. He was given a 10-week prison sentence because of his prior record of offending. He must also pay £122 into victim services.

TAYLOR Josephine Rooke, aged 19, assaulted a woman on June 29. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 to victim services. He was also given a restraining order not to contact his victim directly or indirectly until June 30, 2020.

LIAM Barker , aged 19, of Longfield Crescent, Oldham, attempted to break into a property in Tameside on September 15, 2018. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DEBDEK Alexander Miller, aged 49, of Hadrian House, Henshaw Street, Oldham, offered to supply a quantity of cocaine to a man and was found in possession of a blade and a quantity of morphine. He was committed to Manchester Crown Court for sentence.

DANIEL Hilton, aged 21, of Hathershaw Lane, Oldham, sent a message to a woman on June 11 when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on May 11. He was jailed for 20 weeks because of his flagrant disregard of court orders and his record of previous offending. He must also pay £115 to victim services.

JAMIE Timmins, aged 23, of Parkgate, Chadderton, stole three electrical items worth £180 from Boots at Oldham on May 10 and on May 31 he stole facial massages worth £120 also from Boots. He was placed under electronically monitored curfew from 7pm to 7am daily until October 2. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85.

JAMIE Daniel Lowther, aged 32, of Clevedon Road, Chadderton, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on October 9, 2017 by being absent from appointments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LEA Ann Craddock, aged 24, of Mornington Court, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on April 23 by missing appointments on April 24 and May 19. She also failed to comply with a community order made by the same court on January 4 by missing appointments on April 25 and May 16. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

JACOB Davies, aged 25, of Cedar Crescent, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on October 16 by missing appointments on May 10 and 17. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DANIEL Jackson, aged 28, of Equitable Street, Oldham, failed to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order imposed by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on December 14, 2017, by behaving in an abusive and unacceptable manner when attending an appointment on March 15, 2019. A suspended sentence imposed on December 14, 2017 for offences of criminal damage, and racially aggravated harassment has now been converted to a 12-week prison sentence suspended for two years. He must also carry out 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £60 costs.

ANDREW MacDonald, aged 32, of Hawthorne Grove, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community order imposed by Tameside Magistrates on June 22, 2018 by missing unpaid work on May 19 and 26, 2019. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SUSANNE Maria Reynolds, aged 35, of Buckfast Avenue, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on April 6 by missing appointments on May 15 and 21. She must now undergo treatment for drug dependency under the supervision of the probation service as a non-resident for two months.

MOIN Uddin, aged 21, of Foxglove Avenue, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on December 19, 2018 by missing appointments on May 21 and 23. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

REBECCA Beresford, aged 28, of Buckstones Road, Shaw, has been fined £40 for failed to have a valid ticket on a Metrolink tram at Piccadilly in Manchester. She must also pay £100 costs and £30 to victim services.

MOHAMMED Hafiz Uddin, aged 31, of Bankside Close, Oldham, assaulted a woman by beating her. He was given a 26-week jailed sentence suspended for two years. He must also carry out 200 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Uddin was ordered to pay £300 compensation and £200 costs.

CASEY Taylor Mayall, aged 20, of Werneth Hall Road, Oldham, stole cosmetic items worth £84.94 from Boots in Oldham on May 5. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LIAM Rain, aged 20, of Hollins Road, Oldham, stole cosmetic items worth £97 from Boots in Oldham on May 5. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LISA Hester, aged 44, of Watergate Milne Court, Oldham dumped bags containing waste in Watergate Milne Court. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £381 costs and £30 to victim services.

CHELSEA O'Shea, aged 25, of Ashton Road, Oldham, dumped bags containing waste on Ashton road on January 3. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £431 costs and £30 into victim services.

RADU Rostas, aged 26, of Meldrum Street, Oldham, dropped a cigarette end in Meldrum Street on February 1. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £250 costs and £30 into victim services.

IONUT Marius Stoica, aged 26, of Ethel Street, Oldham, dumped bags of waste in Ethel Street. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £250 costs and £30 into victim services.

LINDSAY White, aged 47, of Belgrave Road, Oldham, dumped bags containing waste at the rear of Belgrave Road. He was fined 3220 and ordered to pay £406 costs and £30 into victim services.
