The following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court.

MARTIN Collins, aged 23, of Union Street, Oldham, stole a Ford focus car on August 25, 2018, and drove with no MoT Test certificate, with no insurance and delivered 21 counterfeit £20 notes to a woman. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

VICTORIA Johnson, aged 46, of Old Village Court, Oldham, assaulted Richard Foden by beating him on May 5. She was ordered to undergo treatment for alcohol dependency and to pay £85 costs and £85 to victim services.

John CHARLESWORTH, aged 47, of Stonelea Street, Oldham, failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of drink driving. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 to victim services.

ALADE Bashiru MATTI, aged 65, of Saxon Street, Oldham, dumped three black bags containing waste in the alleyway at Saxon Street, Oldham. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £406 costs and £30 into victim services.

PAUL James Dowbekin, aged 44, of Vincent Avenue, Littlemoor, caused harassment to a woman on June 1 and failed to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on February 13. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 to victim services.

MARTYN Gary Dale, aged 36. Of Eaves Lane, Chadderton, drove a Ford Transit van on Hollingwood Avenue with excess alcohol. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. He was banned from driving for three years.

CHERRISE Massey, of Coashaw Green Road, Chadderton, failed to secure that household waste produced on his property was transferred to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

CHELSEA Tyrer, aged 28, of Gordon Avenue, Oldham, failed to secure that household waste produced on her property was transferred to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

KATIE Williams, aged 29, of Ryeburn Street, Oldham, on March 13, 26 and April 5 failed to secure that household waste produced on her property was transferred to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

RICHARD lee Grady, aged 39, of Hartington Court, Royton, was guilty of assaulting a man by beating. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered top pay £85 costs and £20 to victim services. Grady was also given a restraining order prohibiting him from making contact with his victim or going near his address.

ABRAR Ahmed, aged 34, of Worcester Street, Werneth, failed to comply with a community order made by Stockport Magistrates’ Court on January 22 by failing to attend unpaid work on June 21 and 28. He was fined £50.

DANIELLE Grimshaw, aged 30, of Canal Street, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend an office visit on March 28 and July 2. She was ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity for up to a maximum of three days and to pay costs of £60.

BRADLEY Jon Jackson, aged 31, of Falmouth Street, Oldham, Failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on May 20 by failing to attend initial appointments on June 20 and 27. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ANDREW MacDonald, aged 32, of Hawthorne Grove, Chadderton, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 22 by failing to attend unpaid work on May 19 and 26. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

KEVIN Bott, aged 57, of Tulip Close, Chadderton, was guilty of drink driving in Laurel Avenue, Chadderton on April 4. He was given a four-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months because of the “extremely high reading” and the fact that he was involved in an accident. He was also ordered to pay £500 costs and £115 to victim services. He was banned from driving for 32 months.

KELLY Leigh McLeod, aged 30, of Robson Street, Oldham, committed fraud by using a stolen debit card in Sainsbury’s in order to obtain goods worth £63.29 and £20 worth of phone credit from O2 on February 14.On the same day she stole a handbag and it contents, together worth £30, from a woman. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay £113.29 compensation, costs of £85 and £85 to victim services.
