A BBC show is on the lookout for families to take part in a new series.

'Eat Well For Less' follows MasterChef’s Gregg Wallace and expert greengrocer Chris Bavin as they help families save money on their shop and sort food facts from fiction.

In a bid to prove you don’t have to scrimp on taste or nutrition to save, the pair travel up and down the UK to tackle the trials and tribulations of family meals – and they could be visiting a household in Lancashire.

Over the last six series, the duo have helped struggling students, gluten-free foodies and even a family of four save £12,000 on their annual food bill.

They are particularly interested in households who feel that they spend too much money on food.

Assistant producer Kat Healy said the team are “looking for exciting new stories and people with a range of different challenges in the kitchen.”
