TONI Johnson, aged 45, of Drake Close, Oldham, was guilty of possession of a pit bull dog, in breach of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 on July 13, 2018. Johnson also failed to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 31. She was fined a total of £130 and ordered to pay £150 costs and £30 to victim services.

MARK James Brady, aged 44, of Ninth Avenue, Limeside, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 25 by failing to maintain contact with his offender manager between July 26 and August 13. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

MICHAEL Johnson, aged 55, of High Street, Lees, between October 26, 2014 and April 30, 2015, failed to disclose to the Department for Work and Pensions information, namely employment support allowance, which he was under a legal duty to disclose that he had capital in excess of £16,000. Between August 10, 2017 and April 9, 2018, he fraudulently claimed universal credit, and between June 30, 2015 and May 28, 2017 he dishonestly claimed jobseekers allowance. He was given a 12-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 to victim services. He must also carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

LINDSAY Wallwork, aged 35, of Milnrow Road, Shaw, between September 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018, sent a man threatening Whats App messages and emails. In the same period she sent threatening messages to a woman on Facebook. She was ordered to pay costs of £400 and £85 to victim services. Wallwork was also placed under curfew from 10pm to 7am daily until September 20. She was also given a restraining order preventing her from contacting the woman, directly or indirectly until August 23, 2021.

KIERON DOYLE, aged 19, of Eldon Precenct, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on February 7 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on July 7 and 16. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

KAYNE KENNEDY, aged 19, of County Street, Hollinwood, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend three appointments at Birchcroft Probation office on May 28, June 4 and 28, 2019. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

RASHID Saddique, aged 33. Of Westwood Drive, Oldham, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to attend appointments on May 1, June 12 and 19, 2019. He was ordered to carry out 28 hours of unpaid work and must pay £60 costs.

Lee SWAN, aged 38, of Aldred Street, Failsworth, dumped household waste on the footpath at Aldred Street, Failsworth on March 1. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £80 costs, £30 to victim services and costs of £275.

CALLUM Nield, aged 30, of Belgrave Road, Oldham, assaulted three police officers on August 26 and caused £50 worth of damage to leg restraints belonging to Greater Manchester Police. The officence occurred while he was the subject of a community order made by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on October 25, 2018 for threatening to damage or destroy property on September 27, 2018. He has been jailed for 16 weeks and must pay £125 compensation.

MARKO Bartulovic, aged 42, of Eric Street, Oldham, was drunk and disorderly in West Street, Oldham on August 5, and was found in Oldham Bus Station when prohibited from being there by a criminal behaviour order. He was jailed to eight weeks and ordered to pay £122 to victim services.

JAMES Caffery, aged 25, of Marland Avenue, Oldham, drove on Burlington Street, Tameside on February 20 with no licence or insurance and with the controlled drugs Benzoylecgonine and cocaine in his blood. He was fined £335 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services.

JESSICA Walker, aged 20, of Shepley Street, Failsworth, assaulted a police constable in Oldham on March 26. She was given a 24-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £500 compensation.

FLOYD Dweezle SHARPLES, aged 30, of Coalshaw Green Road, Chadderton, drove while disqualified, with no insurance and without due care and attention on February 15. On that date he also failed to stop or give his name and address following an accident – which he also failed to report - in Oldham Road, Failsworth. He was ordered to carry out 240 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and to pay £85 costs and £85 to victim services.
