THE following cases have been dealt with in Tameside Magistrates' Court.

KAMRAN Aziz, aged 37, of Darwin Street, Oldham, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July1 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on August 5 and 12. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

VLASTIMIL Bulir, aged 44, of no fixed address, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order madeby Oldham Magistrates’ Court on March 18, 2015 by failing to attend unpaid work as instructed on October 17, 24 and 31, 2016. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ANDREW John Cook, aged 32, of Crow Hill View, Oldham, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July 18 by failing to turn up for unpaid work on August 12 and 13. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

CLARE Shepley, aged 47, of Chelbourne Drive, Oldham, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on May 2 by failing to turn up for appointments on June 6 and August 8. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

TERRI Denise Wrigley, aged 36, of no fixed address, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July 19 by failing to attend an appointment on July 30. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

GRAHAM Brierley, aged 49, was guilty of harassing a woman by using threatening behaviour at Oldham on February 2. He was fined £135 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. He was given a restraining order preventing him from making contact with his victim, directly or indirectly or from entering or driving along the street where she lives until September 10, 2020.

JOSHUA Lewis Fish, aged 25, of Camberwell Way, Royton, was found in possession of the class B drug Ketamine at Oldham on December 13, 2018 and was in charge of a car in Denbydale Way, Oldham when the proportion of the drug in his blood was above the specified limit. He was fined a total of £360 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. He was disqualified from driving until he passes his driving test.

ROBERT Canterbury, aged 34, of Oak Street, Shaw, was guilty of drink driving in Pensysam in Anglesey on June 20 and had in his possession the class B drug cannabis. He was fined a total of £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. He was banned from driving until he passes his test.

Magistrates have granted an application from Greater Manchester Police for the continued detention of seized £7,984 in cash from Rajesh Mepani, aged 41, of Cheviot Avenue, Oldham, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

LEWIS McDermott, aged 19, of no fixed address, entered Sainsbury’s at Oldham on September 11 when prohibited from doing so a criminal behaviour order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 6. The offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by the court that date for three offences of theft. McDermott was fined £60 and pay £90 into victim services and must undergo treatment for drug dependency.

VICTORIA Johnson, aged 46, of Craven Street, Oldham, was drunk and disorderly at Sainsbury’s at Oldham on August 31. She was given a, 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £21 to victim services and £50 costs.

ROBERT Michael Novak, aged 33, of Ashton Road, stole confectionary worth a total of £85 from Sainsbury’s at Oldham on May 31 and on June 5. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

JUSTIN Leo Storer, aged 39, of Mitchell Street, Oldham, stole computer accessories worth £51.96 from Game at Oldham on June 18. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
