THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court.

MELANIE Jane Wimbush, aged 40, of Sheply House, Sheply Street, Failsworth, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on January 11 by failing to attend Oldham Community Rehabilitation Company on June 26 and July 9. He suspended sentence order has now been amended to 16 weeks prison suspended for 12 months. She must also take part in rehabilitation activity for up to two days and poay £60 costs.

MOHAMMED Ali, aged 29, of Hooper Street, Oldham, was guilty of drug driving at in Cardwell Street, Oldham, on March 14. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

DAVID CRinion, aged52, of Newchurch, Oldham, was guilty of drink driving in Ashton Road, Oldham, on September 9. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 to victim services. He was banned from driving for 18 months.

LIAM John Hammersley, aged 31, of School Road, Oldham, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of drink driving at Failsworth on September 1. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £90 to victim services. Hammersley was also banned from driving for 18 months.

SONIA Barkat Rani, aged 27, of Hillside Avenue, Grotton, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Grotton Hollow on August 17. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 to victim services. She was also banned from driving for 18 months.

MANIX Alexandru, aged 45, of Huxley Street, Oldham failed to secure that household waste was transferred to an authorised person some time before May 8. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DANIELLE Belfield, aged 26, of Taurus Street, Oldham, dumped litter, namely a cardboard box in the alleyway at the rear of her home on or about April 11. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £368 and £30 to victim services.

MARIUS Constantin, of Copster Hill Road, Oldham, failed to secure the transfer of waste from his property to an authorised person, on or before March 22. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ANDREW Malius, aged 44, of Coalshaw Green Road, Chadderton, dumped household waste at the rear of Butler Green and the side of 1 Henley Street, Chadderton on or about April 23. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £381 and £30 to victim services.

ANGELA Mihai, aged 19, of Ashton Road, Oldham, dumped household waste in an alley at the rear of 423 Ashton Road on or about March 29. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £363 and £30 to victim services.

SAMIR Niaz, aged 27, of Roundthorn Road, Oldham, dumped controlled waste in numerous bags on land to the rear of 173 Roundthorn Road, Oldham, on or about February 25. He was fined £307 and ordered to pay costs of £1,480 and £30 to victim services.

A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of Nathan Lee Christopher RILEY, aged 24, of Longfellow Crescent, Sholver, after he failed to appear at court on charges of failing to stop when required to a police constable or to report an accident, driving with no licence or insurance, driving without due care and attention, on January 7 in Greenacres Road, Oldham.

JOHN McAtamney, aged 52, of Poppy Close, Chadderton, published an obscene article, namely a Whatsapp video of beastiality, and made an indecent photograph, namely two category C images of a child and three category B images of a child between January 3 and 21, 2014. He has been committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence on October 18.

STEPHEN Tod, aged 42, of Deepdale Avenue, Royton, drove a BMW car on the M62 eastbound carriageway between J19 and J20 at 98 mph, above the 70mph speed limit on February 23. He was fined £402 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and £40 to victim services.
