TORRENTIAL rain and high winds brought chaos across Saddleworth on Saturday (September 28).
Traffic was reduced to a crawl across many villages with culverts, unable to cope with the downpour, causing localised flooding.
Road problems were reported in Denshaw and drivers were urged to use dipped headlights and keep their distance.
