SCORES of happy go lucky families turned out to support a Fun Fest at Diggle Band and Social Club.
And a hard working team from the Friends of Diggle School (FODS) ran a craft table, glitter tattoos and
a tuck shop.
The 3D Dynamos football club organised a "beat the goalie" competition with their loveable mascot "Dino".
Local band Scratch Brass and singer Archie Burke entertained the appreciative audience and the event concluded with a children’s disco.
Mike Jones and John Eccles organised the band club input, Tracy Buckley and Laura Derbyshire arranged the FODS and Jonny Fielding the 3D Dynamos.
“It wasn't a charity fundraiser as such just a fun day in support of the band club,” said Tracy. “Everyone really enjoyed themselves despite the weather.”
